WHO IS Ulla Toussaint 1932?

86 Years ago Ulla Toussaint took over the passion for fashion from her mum and continued the
label which from the start was designed ONLY to give support which transforms the aim to help
and the passion for fashion in to active results.
It is not a business on the first place, as many may believe it is. It is the love for helping those in
the fashion industry that diverse it to benefit from many years of developed knowledge about
fashion and management that has always been a vital part within the Toussaint family deep down
since 1444.

Relation and correlation has been a habit between Ulla Toussaint and the Fashion Industry for
over 86 years that results in exquisite network that we have established and that we use to offer
the support we give for designers, brands, label and models.

Ursula (Ulla) Toussaint was born in Ersen Libenau, Germany in 1932.

She was fashion oriented since birth due to her mother who was a dressmaker in the late 1890s
and pre-run a fashion label as a private dressmaker for friends and family, sold them on the
market and to the rich and famous people. Ursula (Ulla) started dressmaking from a young age of
5 years old and it became a stable business. When the US Military crew stayed in Mulheim at the
Ruhr during the Second World War, Ulla was able to repair their dresses in exchange for sweets
and other useful items for the kitchen and household. Soon she invented her first dress and this
went viral as US soldiers liked to send it back to their home in the US to their girlfriends, wives,
sisters, and mothers. Ulla also designed very useful and handy dresses for the soldiers which is
partially still to be found in the US military uniforms.

Ulla loved her hobby, which she run as partial private business for as long as she could.

Family circumstances never allowed her hobby to be made into a proper business as she needed
to look after her ill parents very soon. She also got married at the age of 18 and gave birth to her
one and only daughter straight after marriage. Her husband had a well-paid job and did not like to
see his wife work. Once again looking after her parents was a huge task too which was keeping
her busy for many years.

Then a very terrible situation followed, her husband had died in work accident and this was a very
life-changing situation. With such task

and situations at hand in life, there was not much room to expand her hobby into a business. As
time passed, she partnered up with her son-in-law’s father but after a while she had to look after
him too due to his health problems that he suffered from. Overall, Ulla looked after so many family
members and experienced many ups and downs in life but always was and still is an amazing
person with a wonderful personality, which many can learn a lot from.

Ulla is now too old to continue running her business but inherited her aim and fame to her
grandson. He together with some very helpful Designer and well established Fashion Label
around the globe, created a Fashion Label “Ulla Toussaint 1932” which is based on the character
and aim that was once established by Ursula (Ulla) Toussaint who was taught and showed by her
mum.

We now make Ulla Toussaint 1932 a global fashion label which operates a completely different
concept than any other existing fashion label that works, also accepting a special code of ethics,
and is Fair Trading. We welcome any designers to join and use our name or their own name. We
support the production and design process, and promote and sell readily produced invention. We
support and manage the production process and control and overlook the entire process. We go
for all designers that sign up with Ulla Toussaint 1932 and go extra mile to manage and support
your designer career. Your fame is our aim.

From 2018 onward, we run our own and also joined fashion shows, and looking forward to a bright
and successful future to honour the once established Fashion Label by Ulla Toussaint 1932.
A Family run business with charm, knowledge and experience for your support!

“You should be a model!” is a compliment anyone would love to hear. You might be considering
modeling because you frequently hear this compliment from family and friends.

If you are suited to high-fashion, just imagine what it would feel like to glide down a catwalk in Milan with a
hundred lights flashing all around. How about opening the glossy pages of a high fashion magazine like
Vogue or Elle and seeing your own reflection? How much fun do you think it would be to appear in a music
video or in a television commercial?

Have you ever thought about going to New York City to give it a shot? Or have you considered answering
an open call issued by an agency in your hometown just to see if you’ve got “the look?”

Models in the spotlight are inundated with questions from both the media and fans. How did they get their
big break? Where do they live? What are they wearing? Who are they dating? The public is just as
fascinated by their personal lives as they are by their professional status.

The modeling industry is often associated with beautiful people, exotic locations and sensational
images, but did you know that there are many opportunities in your own hometown for models that don’t
fit the traditional image?

If you’ve ever dreamed about any of these things, then this guide was written for you!

A model is someone whose image (on film or in person) is used to help sell some-thing. Often, a
model’s main responsibility is to showcase fashion or products. But models are hired to advertise a
wide variety of products and services – from cars to food.
Successful women models can find work all over the world. Women have the most opportunities in
modeling because the advertising world believes that attractive women can influence both men and
women to buy products. Also, women make purchases more often than men. The models chosen for
particular products are the ones who are most like the buyers. Opportunities for male models have
opened up in the past decade as well. Wardrobe and products for men have expanded, including skin
care and fragrances. Today’s man has many looks, including business, casual and sport along with
many accessories. Some agencies now have special divisions for men to accommodate their client’s
wide range of advertising need. Many models travel extensively, and work in amazingly beautiful
locales all over the world. Picture yourself doing a shoot in an exotic location in the Caribbean, Spain,
Japan, England or Australia. It is not uncommon for a model to start out in a foreign market, gain
experience and then return to North America. You may find yourself on the set of your favourite show,
wearing fabulous clothes, or being invited to celebrity galas. As a model you will constantly be meeting
interesting people and enjoying new and exciting experiences. Supermodels enjoy name recognition.
Many have their name associated with products like clothing lines, fitness videos and beauty products.
Models also find that their experience can lead to other fabulous jobs as they “get noticed” doing live
modeling, print ads and television commercials. If you are enthusiastic, willing to work, and have the
required look, the sky is the limit on how much income you can earn in this career. If you have what it
takes and team up with the right agent, you might become a million dollar model. No special education,
experience, or connections are needed to get started and succeed in modeling. Unlike other occupations that
can cost thousands of dollars to get started in, you can become a model no matter what your current
financial situation.

This Magazine will give you every month Tip, Hints, Advice, Ideas, News, Information and more to now
where, how and when to model, to be and for businesses whom to book.

The most convenient point is we also allow you to be featured in this magazine on one full page. Expose
yourself and be discovered for a small Administration charge we are able to create your full page proposal.

Dr. PhD. B.A.a.M.

Lola J. Renault,

27 years-old currently living in Paris, France. Experienced in
modeling since 2008, discovered by a model agency who made
her first portfolio, taught Lola how to pose, and walk, as well
how to become a real model.

Lola says: “Modeling is my first passion, and one of my goals
in life, so it was like a dream come true when I signed a
contract with this agency. I finished high school in 2010 and
moved to London, England, where after some months and a
few beautiful opportunities, I had to move back to France.
Luckily, I signed a contract with another model agency until I
took a break in 2014 for private reasons and recovered my
model career straight in 2015, and started modeling as a full-
time professional model. That
was stressful and harsh time
but I really wanted to be a
model, a role model, to be
someone. I worked hard during
one year and had the “surprise”
to sign a new contract with a
new agency in Paris, again. I
am actually still working with
them at present. (Celine model
agency). Thanks to them and thanks to all the photographers,
brands, designers, etc. It made me start to feel more confident
than ever and I do enjoy my life and work more than ever before
putting the extra charm in modeling work.

I never felt as happy as I am
right now! I am finally able to live
thanks to my passion, travel over
cities and countries, meet incredible people and am proud to say
that I really love it. I am supported by Ulla Toussaint 1932 and
Model Wanted – The Model Support Organisation, and receive
managing backup by Dr. Sascha Droeschel, which is a mile stone
in my career allowing me to expand my career global wide and I
really pray that 2018 will be my year, and see all my projects and
dreams come true! Modeling is my true passion and I will
always do my best to make it perfect, for you and for me.

What I am: For as long as I can remember myself, I
have been singing since my early childhood. Having
both Slavonic and Balkan roots, I got the musical
spirit of both of these cultures. Being very talented
in music, my parents gifted me all their musical
streaks like ear, voice and love for singing.

What I love: I love singing and dancing. I love the
beauty in all of its aspects. I love beautiful things
and places created by men and nature. I love
humour and laughing. I love people, especially
children. I learn from children their way of seeing
the world. Their world is huge and magical, full of
mysteries and riddles which are so interesting to
solve! I love the moments when a good song comes
out and I manage to reach out to a man's heart.

Why I sing: Why I sing? Because I can't help but sing! Music lives in me, inside me is always a
song! For me to live and breathe means to sing and make people happier! My friends, close
people and all those having heard my singing tell me that as I got that musical and artistic gift
together with the beautiful voice, it is my commitment to bring goodness, joy and consolation into
the people's lives. And I agree with them. So singing is both my duty and passion!

My dreams: I have been pretending to be a well-known and famous singer since my early years.
In my dreams I have always seen huge halls crowded with people listening to me, waving their
hands and singing together with me. From the stage I watch their smiling faces and eyes, and I
see their problems, stresses and pains go back, at least for a while. My another great dream is to
travel the whole world, for my songs to be heard in each tiny spot of the globe making people's
hearts warmer, bringing more light and kindness into their lives.

My strivings: I strive for excellence in everything. I strive for perfection in whatever I do. When I
get started I want it to be done in ideal. I strive for self-enhancement, for this I work on myself a lot.
I strive to understand the world and people in it and to know myself. I would like to get in contact
with people in all the countries all over the world and I know that the language of music and lyrics
would help us understand each other without words. Book enquiries and Label and production
offers welcome!

What it’s Truly Like to Be a Fashion Model, Fashion and Modelling “What is in it for you”

For decades, modeling was a silent profession, where women were supposed to be seen and
never heard.

But in February, just as Paris Fashion Week began, a group of high-profile models — Jourdan
Dunn, Edie Campbell, Leomie Anderson, Candice Swanepoel and Joan Smalls — voiced their
support for James Scully, a casting director, who had taken to Instagram to condemn two
colleagues, Maida Gregori Boina and Rami Fernandes for keeping models in an unlit stairwell for
several hours.

“Thank you James, speak that TRUTH!!!” Ms. Dunn wrote.

A month later, published results from a survey in which more than two dozen models discussed
unprofessional working conditions, non-payment and abuse in the industry. And in May, an
Instagram post by the model Ulrikke Hayer in which she accused a casting director for a Louis
Vuitton cruise show of telling her to consume nothing but water for 24 hours went viral. (The day
after the water edict, she was informed that she would not walk in the show.)

“Now models have social media platforms, so even if they are not incredibly well known, they can
still have a relatively big following and articulate their views in a way they weren’t able to do
before,” said Francesca Granata, director of the master’s program in fashion studies at Parsons.

Indeed, social media platforms have become part of their selling power, often included on their
measurement cards. Many use these tools to express their belief that for all of its seeming
glamour, the modeling industry remains overrun with problems that include labour exploitation,
sexual harassment and body shaming.

Below, women in different stages of their careers sound off on their experiences.

PAY: A model working in New York earned on average $48,130 in 2016, while one working
elsewhere in the United States earned $36,560, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Models are often offered payment in the form of clothes.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT: Because models are considered independent contractors, they lack
many of the protections reserved for full-time employees. The industry’s demographic — young,
often female, sometimes foreign and non-English-speaking — makes models particularly
vulnerable to exploitation. In 2012, a Model Alliance study found that 29.7 percent of female
models had experienced inappropriate touching at work, and 28 percent had been pressured to
have sex at work.

Elizabeth Cooper, an associate professor of law at Fordham University and the director of the
Feerick Center for Social Justice, said that full-time employees who have experienced sexual
harassment have a chain of reporting they can follow, and if the company they work for does not
pursue some sort of action, they can sue the company itself.

Independent contractors have no such rights. “The only thing you can do is complain to the
agency, but because of the fierce competition, if you become a ‘problem’ person, you’re more
likely to not be hired and sent out on new jobs,” Ms. Cooper said. “It’s like fighting with one or both
hands tied behind your back.”

I prefer to take life as it comes. I'm not afraid of new challenges; I tackle

People have commented in the past because of my height and figure

The Ultimate Bikini Babe Launches Her Own Swimwear Brand

We couldn't think of a better authority on swimwear than Candice Swanepoel. The top model and
Victoria's Secret Angel has made a name for herself showing off her famously fit physique. So, it
was no surprise today when she announced on Instagram that she'll be launching a swimwear
brand of her own.

The brand, called Tropic of C, will be
available starting next month and is
comprised of '80's inspired one-pieces
and Bond Girl-esque two-pieces. She
added on her Instagram caption that the
brand has been created with "loads of
love." The breath-taking beach
campaign was photographed at
Amanyara in the Turks & Caicos.

The African beauty has a lot to
celebrate these days. In December she
announced that she's pregnant with her
second child just a few weeks after
walking the 2017 Victoria Secret
Fashion Show in Shanghai. Meaning,
yes, she walked the show while
pregnant—although her fans were none
the wiser.

Swanepoel also shared last week that she is having another boy. Her first child, Anaca was born
in October of 2016. Her fellow Angel gal pal Behati Prinsloo is also pregnant for the second time.
The two models gave birth to their first children within a month of each other. Swanepoel was
recently photographed spending the holidays in Brazil, where her fiance, Herman Nicoli is from.
The beautiful couple was joined by fellow supermodel Doutzen Kroes, husband Sunnery James
and their two children.

Coco Rocha and Her Daughter Have A Mommy-and-Me Moment On The Runway

Coco Rocha and her 2-year-old daughter, Ioni James
Conran, walked the runway in matching looks at Jean
Paul Gaultier's Spring 2018 couture show. Walking
hand-in-hand, the mommy-and-me duo closed the
show wearing icy blue one-shouldered gowns adorned
with black hearts, black opera gloves, white tights, and
spiral ponytails.

Just when you thought the runway moment couldn't get any cuter, the mom and daughter made
sure to strike a few dramatic fashun poses while exiting the runway.

Naomi and Kate Close Out the Louis Vuitton Menswear Show

Just last week Louis Vuitton’s menswear artistic director, Kim Jones announced the Fall 2018
collection would be his final for the French house. Jones has been the mastermind behind
Vuitton's streetwear sensibility—introducing sneakers and track pants and eventually, the larger
than life Supreme collaboration.

The designer, who has been at
the helm since 2011 took his final
bow today in Paris with not one
but two supermodels. Jones
invited long-time friends Naomi
Campbell and Kate Moss to close
out the show.

Both supermodels wore Louis
Vuitton monogram print trench
coats in black and brown (we can
already imagine the growing
waitlist). Jones, Campbell and
Moss all wore matching black
combat boots.

On January 16th Kate Moss celebrated her 44th birthday in London. She last hit the runway with
Naomi Campbell last May for Campbell's charity show, Runway for Relief during the Cannes Film
Festival.

Modeling Agencies Enabled Sexual Predators For Years, Former Agent Says

In the 1980s and '90s, Carolyn Kramer said she and her colleagues knew about allegedly
predatory photographers, and sent their models to them anyway.

Jane Fonda and Helen Mirren Stole The Show At Paris Fashion Week

Models over 50s are being hired for more fashion shows than
ever before. What better way to celebrate that step toward
greater representation than by casting two of the most iconic
women on earth?

Jane Fonda and Helen Mirren starred in L’Oreal’s show
during Paris Fashion Week on Sunday. They literally stopped
traffic as they walked a runway smack in the middle of Paris’
Champs-Elysses, alongside younger models including Liya
Kebede and Winnie Harlow.

The event marked the first time L’Oreal has put on a
fashion/beauty show, and the two iconic actresses walked in
their roles as spokeswomen for the brand. Mirren joined
L’Oreal as a U.K. ambassador in 2014, and Fonda has also
been working with the brand since 2014, according to People.

It wasn’t their mere involvement that stole the show. Mirren swung a cane in a pair of on trend
grapy plaid pants while Fonda gave peace signs in a tiger print dress.

Model Charli Howard: ‘They told me I was fat’

Charli Howard knew all about the ugly side
of modelling. Then one day she decided
she had enough. The body-positive activist

YOU feel comfortable while you model. There is no desperate need to reshape your body to an

The H2M Help to Model was designed in 1973
along with Model-Wanted to support Models
around the globe with the complete backup of Ulla
Toussaint 1932 who established these opportunity.

We have re-arranged the roles of each
organisation to provide a more effective support
and help for models and their careers, which
required of us to work more efficient with the fund
we have available which is donated by fashion
related businesses and also individuals who
welcome our activity as a not for profit
organisation.

The re-arrangement is transforming the H2M in to a modeling label that also looks after very often
used and welcomed opportunity, to be used and discovered as a model for acting and/or dancing
roles, so far a model is having relevant skills and talent. This opens a new section which allows us
to support models with their possible second talent they own, to support them just in the same way
we support them with their model career.

Being discovered and booked for films, movies, TV commercials or shows and show acts as well
as theatrical roles expands their career opportunity. On top we allow to advertise yourself to a
global fashion, film and model market and post 1 week; 1 month or 1 year casting availability call
or calls in the attempt to gain further and more bookings and jobs for your career. We will soon be
re-designing our website and have all relevant information available for you.

We are NOT an automatic casting posting platform. Every post is manually checked and valuated
before we put it up live on our modeling label platform for you. We may also design a section for
well selected businesses to post casting calls which are as well approved and manually inserted to
offer you a casting portal about 100% approved casting jobs and calls.

Since we are aiming to look after you as a model and a talent properly we make sure to offer best
possible support and help.

If you wish to use our platform to expand your career, we encourage you to visit our new website

Models telling of their experiences

Precious Lee, 28, Atlanta
I became a model about 10 years ago when I attended an open call with a friend. I modelled
throughout college and after I graduated I moved to New York three days later. My first agent here
changed my name from Precious to Victoria. I was Victoria Lee for three years. I’ve encountered
some really interesting issues as pertains to my race. I had a casting for a client that was waiting
to see me for a while. They asked me about my background and I said, “Oh, I’ve shot for Macy’s
and Nordstrom’s.” And they were like, “No. What’s your race?” I said, “I’m black.” They’re like, “Oh,
you’re black? You’re just so pretty.’” And I said, “I didn’t know black didn’t come in pretty.”
Needless to say I didn’t book that job. We don’t see enough black models and we definitely don’t
see enough black plus-size models. I am definitely more than likely always the only black model
on set. Sometimes I’m the only black person on the entire set or on the entire floor. People aren’t
seeing different types of beauty because the publications, the designers, the people that are
actually in the power to make it happen, aren’t making it happen. Fashion was always supposed to
be the next new thing, the next trend. What’s more out of the box and progressive then having a
size 14 or a size 16 woman on a cover of a magazine when there have been a million straight-size
women that have been on it?

Ebonee Davis, 24, Seattle
I started modeling in my hometown, Seattle. I wanted to take my career to the next level, so I
dropped out of college and moved to New York at 19. A lot of the agencies that I went to either
told me they had someone who looked like me or there wasn’t room on their board for me, or they
just didn’t get my look. When I decided to wear my hair natural, at first my agency was totally
against it. They told me that just-rolled-out-of-bed look isn’t going to work. And it wasn’t just-rolled-
out-of-bed. It takes a lot of work. They told me I was going to lose the clients that I had and new
clients wouldn’t want to work with me. But the crazy thing is that less than a month after the
decision to wear my hair natural, I booked the biggest campaign of my life: Calvin Klein. Being a
role model is not about showing people how to look like you. Being a role model is about using
your freedom to show other people it is safe to be themselves. Silence is violence. Models who
decide not to speak up are participating in that same system of oppression that’s harming other
people, and just because it doesn’t affect you directly, or you benefit from the privileges of it,
doesn’t mean that you get a pass and that you should remain silent on those issues.

Stella Duval, 20, Laguna Beach, Calif.
My mother was a model and she never forced anything upon me, but she was taking me to
castings in Los Angeles when I was younger. Agents wanted my hips to go down, they were
saying I can’t even have a bag of chips, they wanted me on a 700-calorie diet. I remember going
into an agency and they said, “You’re beautiful, but you’re a little pudgy here. You got a little hip
here.” I was only 14 and being called fat, so I ended up quitting and went to college. I got signed
with Muse agency, and this is the first year I’ve been modeling. I think 13 is way too young and 14
is way too young and 15 is way too young. You’re just not developed and you’re not ready. I see
models who are 13, 14, 15. I’ve had someone tell me that she hadn’t eaten for two days because
she didn’t know where to go to eat. I saw girls doing lingerie at 14. When you reach 16 you have
concentrated on school and education and it is just the right age to start.

We will publish more stories in our future editions of The Ulla Mag

Fashion Label boss grabbed Model Kate on her breasts

Kate Upton has alleged that she was sexually harassed by Guess
co-founder of Paul Marciano while working for the brand at the
start of her career at the age of 18. This why we clearly abstain
from any kind of form or activity which is practiced by agencies,
businesses and groups as we do not wish to be mistaken with and
be such as a business at all.

Kate Upton has claimed that Guess co-founder Paul Marciano
sexually harassed her, alleging he grabbed her breast and tried to
tarnish her reputation when she refused his advances. Last month,
the supermodel hinted at allegations of sexual misconduct against
Marciano and gave a detailed account of her claims in a new
interview with TIME magazine, accusing him of "using his power in
the industry to sexually and emotionally harass" women. Mr
Marciano vehemently denies the allegations. Upton was the face of Guess from 2010 to 2011 and
it was her appearance as a 'Guess girl' that catapulted her to mainstream modelling fame. She
said that during a meeting in 2010, he grabbed her breasts, claiming: "(He) started feeling them -
playing with them actually. After I pushed him away, he said, 'I'm making sure they're real.'"

"Despite doing everything I could physically do to avoid his touch
throughout the meeting, he continued to touch me in a very
dominating and aggressive way, grabbing my thighs, my arms to pull
me closer, my shoulders to pull me closer, my neck, my breasts, and
smelling me. "At one point he forcibly grabbed the back of my head
so that I could not move and started kissing my face and my neck. I
remember not wanting to say “Get off of me” because I didn’t want to
open my mouth to say anything because I didn’t want him to be able
to put his tongue in my mouth. I had two options: do everything I
could to wiggle away and avoid his pursuit, or punch the CEO of
Guess. So I decided to just wiggle away," she added. She was 18 at
the time. On another shoot the following month, she said he invited
her to his hotel room a number of times, detailing: "After several
denials, I just turned off my phone and locked the door and tried to
get some sleep. I was terrified. All I could think was if he was able to
get into my room it would not be good."

She said she was fired the next day, claiming a representative of the brand called her agency to
say "I had gotten fat". On another occasion, in 2011, after allegedly refusing his advances again,
she said he was "disgusting" on set, saying: "Get that fat pig off my set." Guess offered her
another campaign in 2012 for $400,000, which she declined. Mr Marciano denies all the
allegations, saying: "I have never been alone with Kate Upton; I have never touched her
inappropriately. Nor would I ever refer to a Guess model in such a derogatory manner.”

Avoid this to happen and work with the right support who is handy when you need it to have
someone to speak to when in need as soon as you face discomfort and before situation arises.

We recommend the Model Support Organisation Model Wanted which is operating worldwide as
Not for Profit to look after models and their careers since 1973.

My first name is Gift but I prefer going by my
middle name Ntombi. This is my traditional
African name which I love and embrace.

I was born in South Africa at a small village in
Limpopo. Growing up always quiet, shy and
had very low confidence and self-esteem.
Moved to the United Kingdom at the age of 15
to a small town called Rugby. In 2010 I went
into beauty pageant, this was a challenge that I
had set up for myself, I was a single mum
which was my worst nightmare and again no confidence or self-esteem. I set myself this challenge
because for once in life I wanted to do something I passionately wanted to do regardless of the
fear and the doubt in me. Sadly I didn’t even make it to the top 5.

As much as that was a discouragement, I didn’t stop, I went
home and looked at magazines and watching America Next Top
Model for me to learn whatever I’m lacking. I remember friends
telling me in wasting time as I was a size 12 and models should
be smaller than that. I believed them but still I kept going to
beauty pageants.

In June 2013 at the Birmingham NEC pageant I was crowned as
Miss Diversity Queen. From then an opportunity to feature in a
movie raised, I took it and my first time behind the camera I knew
what I want to do, I knew where I belong and I got started
networking with filmmakers from star now, model mayhem etc
where I played a few short movie roles. One of the parts were to
play as a presenter, the thrill and excitement just made me want
to keep doing that to a point I started doing an online show called
‘In The Spotlight” this is where I was interviewing upcoming artists, photographers and many
talented people who are not yet discovered.

From then, I am pushing the passion and I have
learned to accept every challenge with a smile and
a willingness to learn from it.

For Josefa Schmid music from the childhood is: fascination, passion and inspiration.

"A song can bring so much happiness and joy but also donate comfort and support," says Josefa
Schmid. She also is convinced and believes that the music - just like love - is the most intense
feelings that can produce in people. Josefa Schmid wants to trigger these emotions with her music
and pass them on to her fans. For example, with a lively song on the lip such as "My Song (Mein
Lied)" it does recharge the batteries of once everyday life...

Not without reason, did Josefa began 2016
with the single "My Song" as a lucky charm
for the planned first album and as an ode to
the power of music. "My Song" is a tribute to
the music of a big band in the legendary
concert hall in the Bavarian Forest
Blaibach which has been taken in a timeless
retro and vintage style. It is, in addition to the
young-fresh life of Josefa Schmid, "an
impulse of life". Although music has always
been her greatest passion, she learned a
civilian occupation. She is trained exceptionally extensive and combines six professional
qualifications: graduate-lawyer, political scientist (Master) and diploma in administration and
trained Finanzwirtin, business mediator and journalist. Also, she has always been committed to
volunteer in the society. The citizens of the 3000-resident community Kollnburg in Bavaria choose
her in 2008 to be their community leader and as the third youngest female mayor in Bavaria. For

her political projects in 2011, Josefa was awarded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs with
the Helene Weber Award in Berlin. In addition to being a mayor, Josefa Schmid also has a full
time occupation as senior civil servant. Every spare moment that she has she devotes it to the
music. She already tried to incorporate the music in the mayor's office, for example, when
Congratulating with a serenade for the birthday jubilees.

This became so popular that Josefa Schmid became
known as the "Singing Mayor" in Baveria which
matured the idea to become a professional singer
and record her own songs in a nearby studio.

She has many years of musical experience, for
example, in preschool she learned how to play her
first musical instruments. Together with her siblings
she understood at a young age, how to inspire the
audience at performances in the Baverian region.
These performances also appeared in the FM radio
and television at Bayerischer Rundfunk. Schmid
siblings crowned their former musical career by
winning the "Zwieseler youth Fink" in 1989, the
oldest and most popular music award in
Europe. Breaking new ground, this is the motto today of Josefa Schmid. With "My Song", (Mein
Lied) a swing Jazz song and the planned new album, Josefa Schmid wants to expand her musical
range, and build on her leading model Udo Jürgens.

Melodies that touch the hearts and text
that link deepness together with their
motivation and objective. It doesn't have
to be just modern pop hits that give good
mood, it can also be quiet melancholic
songs. Songs has just been published as
a colorful as life is. The Swiss soft pop
singer, Beatrice Egli, of which Josefa
Schmid produced cover versions on
YouTube, is an inspiration to Josefa just
as Ella Endlich or Vanessa May. The
music of British singer, Adele, and
general English-language pop as well as
DIDO, and parts of Roxette, influence the recent album project of Josefa Schmid. The first album
of Josefa Schmid will be released soon and will include German and English songs.

Josefa is available worldwide for music collaboration, music label contracts and bookings

!Do not trust reviews and search engine results

Why is it dangerous to belief and trust in reviews you find via online search engines about
model agencies and management businesses, and why can you not trust
recommendations and reports either which is often to be found online when you do your
private own research at online search engines?

There is a simple answer!
Because you will only find out what each relevant agency or business wants you to find out about
them since it’s mostly arranged and faked information that search engine is told to display. Real
reviews are removed and hidden from crawlers and search engines to eliminate poor or bad
reviews.
But let’s go in to more details to make this ways more understandable.

Nowadays it is possible for every business to spend money for advertising but also for cleaning up
their name too. Yes, businesses keeping their reputation clean by hiring promotion services who
investigating the whole internet by monitoring what is being found about a business or name, and
if it is made of a negative feedback or review they then become active to get it removed. Every
effort is undertaken to get these done and keep the name clean. To avoid suspicion some
feedback are kept to keep the balance but it is strictly controlled which and how.

This means if you are not sure about a business, you will sit down and search and usually go after
the result you found. This often is also faked, since businesses also pay for positive information to
be published so you get positive search result as well. Very often these are compete blog websites
talking just about the one and only business. Usually saying (name) is it scam? In reality is a blog
to awake your appetite about joining them.

So how else can you possibly find out more to make your choice?

Going after recommendation can be wrong too since it can be good for one but not for the other.

The only real chance to find out the real answer of your question, should I go for it or join them or
take on the booking (shooting or work offer) is by using those who do know and do know for many
years.

Who is this?

The one and only Model Support Organisation which is operated as a Not for Profit Organisation
since 1973, helping Model and their careers to stay safe and sound, and scam free. Model
Wanted is designed to support models in various ways and does not have any kind of financial
