Besides our core duty in call attendance,
several notable achievements were ac-
complished over the years. We seam-
lessly manage an average of 190,000
calls a month whereby 110,000 – 120,000
are converted into successful sales.
Giving back to the society constitutes the
core essence of living, reflected espe-
cially when we worked closely with the
other projects in Scicom to raise funds
reaching out to the earthquake victims in
Nepal.
