Louis Vuitton Malletier, commonly known
as Louis Vuitton or by its initials LV. The By 1885, the company opened its first

The inventor or the owner itself is Louis Vuittion. The Louis Vuitton label was originally

His father was a farmer, and his mother was a hat maker. Thus, Vuitton spent most of his childhood
on the farm, taking care of the crops and livestock. Sadly, Vuitton lost his mother at the mere age of
ten. His father quickly remarried a woman who was extremely wicked to Vuitton. After the death of his
father, Vuitton found it difficult to continue staying with his stepmother. Vuitton ran away from home
in 1835, at the age of thirteen. He struggled on the streets as he headed for Paris. He had no shelter
or money and worked odd jobs with artisans and craftsmen. Although the money he received from the
jobs was hardly enough to help him survive, Vuitton gained valuable skills on how to work with metal,
stone, fabrics, and wood. In 1837, Vuitton arrived in Paris and worked for a luggage maker, Monsieur
Marechal. Vuitton soon became a favorite amongst Monsieur Marechal clients. And, Vuitton ended up
becoming the personal box-maker of the Empress of France, Eugenie de Montijo, the wife of Emperor
Napoleon III.

In 1854, Vuitton got married to Clemence-Emilie Parriaux. After the marriage, Vuitton opened his first
shop.At that time, the traditional luggage boxes were made from leather, and they had a round top.
Vuitton introduced his unique canvas boxes that contained a flat top and a tumbler lock to prevent
theft.In less than two years, Vuitton’s box became a must-have item amongst the people.Around
1867, Vuitton decided to expand his business’s itinerary by introducing more modern handbags. This
invention was received well by women, and the demand for Vuitton’s handbags rose massively by the
day.Unfortunately, as Vuitton’s business was exploding, a war, the Franco-Prussian war, erupted in
France. Vuitton closed his business and moved to a cramped shelter amongst other refugees.When
the war ended, Vuitton returned home. Vuitton realized that his materials were stolen, and his
workshop was destroyed. Additionally, Vuitton’s patron, the Empress of France Eugenie was in exile
after her husband was driven out of power by the Prussian victory.

So, Vuitton used his last savings to rebuild his business again.By 1872, Vuitton had managed to bring
his business back on the map. And, Vuitton created a striped pattern on his luggage boxes. This new
design was loved by many people as it was more modern and enabled people to stand out.In 1885,
Vuitton opened a shop in London, the world’s richest city, financial center, and capitol of the British
Empire, for his products. Thus, Vuitton’s business was now starting to operate on an international
level. His clients now included more royals, American millionaires, and explorers. But, in 1892, at the
age of seventy-two, Vuitton passed away. The cause of his death was unknown.After Vuitton died, his
son Georges Vuitton took over the business. Georges partnered with a US Postmaster General, John
Wanamaker. Wanamaker started selling Louis Vuitton products in his New York department store. In
1896, Georges created a monogram, a floral pattern with an L and a V that interlocked to honor his
father’s memory.Georges passed away in 1936, and he left the business in the hands of his son,
Gaston Vuitton.

Gaston passed the business to his sons, who later on asked their sister’s husband, Henry Racamier,
to take over.Racamier managed to open Louis Vuitton stores all over the world. In 1987, Louis Vuitton
reached nearly a billion in sales and merged with Moet Hennesy to form LVMH. Racamier later lost
control of Louis Vuitton to his ally, Bernard Arnault. Today, the luxury brand is now valued at over $30
billion dollars.

Wearing pieces from the Fall-Winter 2021 collection, Korean pop icons and House
Ambassadors, BTS, join Louis Vuitton at Art Bunker B39, an art and culture space just
outside of Seoul, for Virgil Abloh’s latest fashion show.
Previously an industrial building, Bucheon Art Bunker B39 was refurbished in 2018 to become
an art and culture space while preserving its history and exceptional architecture at the same
time. Featuring unfinished walls and high ceilings, the 5-story building hosts a 39-meter tall
bunker, where the Men’s Fall-Winter 2021 Collection was unveiled.

and albums and millions of fans around the world. They were named
TIME’s Entertainer of the Year 2020 and emerged as a champion of

Louis Vuitton says that the band and the label’s Men’s Artistic
Director, Virgil Abloh have shared their creative vision and idea with
Abloh. Louis Vuitton has paved the way with their ambassador
choices in terms of diversity and daring artist collaborations:
engaging the likes of Takashi Murakami, actor Jaden Smith, Jeff
Koons, skate super brand Supreme, tennis champion Naomi Osaka,
actress Liu Yifei (of Disney’s Mulan) over the years. The results have
been highly successful and contributed to keeping this historic house
in the contemporary limelight. BTS is surely another coup for the
French luxury giant, especially as it is the K-pop band’s first big
fashion partnership.

Incheon airport for New York to attend the U.N

Louis Vuitton has been around for quite some time and just like many of its old day counterparts, it started with
humble beginnings. A craftsman making qualitative goods on a small scale and along came his son who turned out
to be quite the salesman and expanded the family business onto the global arena. We also can’t understate the
movement of the times as the world got more connected, travel became a notable pastime for the elites and Paris
fashion took flight. The Vuitton company and its products were riding the wave that was gaining momentum.
But the company remained relatively modest until it truly became a luxury goods conglomerate through the
opportunistic management of Bernard Arnault, who dared to rethink how the traditional French brand could be
reshaped for a world of tomorrow. Through its mergers and acquisitions the brand grew fast and large. It grew an
extensive portfolio of brands, diversifying into different markets. A smart move that every business should aim to
accomplish. One might argue if it’s smart to only aim for the luxury market and not downwards, to increase the
amount of potential buyers.

doesn't matter from where did you come from,
either rich or poor. If you work hard enough and
believe in yourself,everything that you wish will
come true. Second, no matter how many
problems or obstacles you face, do not give up
and keep trying and trying until you succeed.
And last but not least is,yes,every great dream is
begins by a dreamer ,but if you just keep
dreaming and there’s no effort. Then the dream
is just going to be a dream forever.
