Jumpin’ Jack Hanna made an exciting visit to the
Reid Park Zoo! Hundreds of children and adults
got to meet animal expert and media star Jack
Hanna and get an autograph during his visit on
September 29, 2009. Jack Hanna visited with
Reid Park Zoo staff, inspiring all with his message
on the importance of zoos, and attended an
exclusive reception, where he spoke about the
importance of conservation to preserve our wildlife
and the important roles zoos play in that effort.
