LETTER OF INVITATION

It is a pleasure and privilege to invite the multi skilled and adept scholars of your venerated
institution to the International Youth Fest ,2020 which is being organized by City Montessori
School, Rajajipuram Campus II. City Montessori School was founded in 1959 by Dr. Bharti Gandhi
and Dr. Jagdish Gandhi. It is the world's largest school in the Guinness Book of World Records. A
cornucopia of competitions will be organized to hone the intrinsic and latent abilities in pupils
and to help them to demonstrate their inherent talents and diverse faculties. Our institution is
enthusiastically organizing this International Youth Fest to promote international solidarity and
brotherhood. We, at City Montessori School believe that students need to experience and face
the challenge of promoting educational change. Your participation will add grandeur to the
event. Our purpose is to broaden and en-light concepts among children and the upcoming
youth. In these times of exponential technological advances across the globe and tough
competition, quality education has become the need of the hour. City Montessori School focuses
on shaping the young minds to develop critical, logical and analytical thinking which are going to
be the crucial competencies for the future. The International Youth Fest aims to inspire students
to develop creative problem-solving skills, engage in productive teamwork and utilize effective
communication, all of which are critical to their success in life.

We eagerly look forward to have you on board in this endeavour to provide learning exposure to
our children. We humbly remain in your service should you require any information or
assistance. We eagerly look forward to your esteemed pparticipation.

General Rules:
Entries for all the events should reach the organizers by 15th November,2020 on the
respective e-mail ids provided on the page of the event.
All entries should be sent through the official email id of the school and should bear the
name of the participant, class and school.
There is no registration fee.

into four groups:

Group I - Mont to Class II
Group II - Classes III to V
Group III - Classes VI to VIII
Group IV - Classes IX to XII

Topic: A Trip To Disneyland

Eligible to participate: Group I

RULES

➢The participants have to dress up as their favourite Disney Cartoon Character
and send their photograph.

➢ There should be no editing or special effects.
➢ A maximum of four entries are allowed per school.
➢ Collage of photographs is not allowed.
➢ Participants are free to use props creatively but no face covering

masks should be used.
➢ The photograph should be given a caption.
➢ The participant’s name, class and school name should be

mentioned on all the entries.
➢ All the entries should be sent only through the official email id of the

school on the email id given below.
➢ The subject line of the mail should be “Youth Fest- Name of the

Event- Name of the School-”
➢ The last date for submission of the entries is 15th November, 2020. 
➢ Decision of the judges will be final.

Card Making Competition

Eligible to participate: Groups II & III
Topic: Group II: Good Luck
Group III: Gratitude

RULES

➢A maximum of three entries are allowed per school. (one from III to V and VI to VIII)
➢The size of the card should be 21cmx14cm. It should be made on chart paper.
➢The participants can use any medium of colour to make the card.
➢The card should bear a message related to the topic.
➢The entries should be sent in an image or PDF format.
➢The participant’s name, class and school should be mentioned on all

the entries.
➢All the entries should be sent only through the official email id of the school

on the email id given below.
➢The subject line of the mail should be "Youth Fest- Name of the Event-

Name of the School."
➢The last date for submission of the entries is 15th November,2020
➢Decision of the judges will be final.

RULES

➢ A maximum of three entries are allowed per school( one in each group).
➢ The poster size should be A3.
➢ The participants of Group II can use any colour for making

the poster.
➢ The participants of Groups III and IV can use any software of their

choice for making the poster.
➢ Each poster should bear a slogan.
➢ The entries should be shared in an image or PDF format.
➢ The participants should write their name, class and school name on the

bottom right corner of the poster.
➢ All the entries should be sent only through the official email id of the

school on the email id given below.
➢ The subject line of the mail should be “YouthFest-Name of the Event-

➢The size of the collage should be A3.Use of scissors is not allowed.
➢Each collage should bear a slogan.The entries sent should be in an

image , PDF or a scanned copy  format.
➢The participants should write their name, class and school name on the

bottom right corner of the collage.
➢All the entries should be sent only through the official mail id of the

Les Voix De La Poesie

Poetry in Voice

Eligible to participate: Groups II & III
Topic: Group II: Wonders of Nature
Group III: Mysterious

RULES

➢A maximum of two entries are allowed per school (one for each group).
➢The poem has to be memorized and recited.
➢The duration of the video should not be more than 2 minutes.
➢The participant should announce the title of the poem and the name of

the poet.
➢The video should be shot in school uniform only .
➢No background music or effects are allowed.
➢The videos and a copy of the poem are to be mailed only through the

official email id of the school on the email id given below.
➢The participant’s name, class and campus name should be

mentioned with all the entries.
➢All the entries should be sent only through the official mail id of the

school on the email id given below.
➢The subject line of the mail should be "Youth Fest - Name of the Event
