All About Soccer: ǝ

The sport of soccer (called f ootball is in most of the world) is one of
the most popular sports in the world. Soccer is usually played on a open
field grass area, with g oals at each end. The object of the game is to get
the s occer ball into the opposites team’s goal. This sport is played at all
levels throughout the whole world from small kids leagues to professional
and international teams. One of the most famous soccer tournaments in
the world is the W orld Cup. The reason why soccer is so popular is that it
really only takes a ball and a flat open grass area to play.

Rules:
● NO Hands! (except for if your goalie)
● Get the ball in the net (score board)
● The ball has to be spherical in shape, and made with leather
● NO m ore than 11 players on each team, on the field
● You are required to wear, jersey, cleats, shorts, shin guards and
socks
● If you or the ball goes a cross or beyond the sideline the ball is
counted O UT

How soccer is played in order: Ɉt

In a soccer game the game is play in order by whose team has the
ball first. First, the team that gets the ball first has to pass it to his/her
teammates. Second, the teams tries to score/kick the soccer ball in the
other team's net to score. Then, if the team who has possession of the ball
does/doesn’t score the opposite team gets the ball. After that, the game
hits halftime, and so the team switches opposite ends of the goalies.
Finally, at the final minutes the time tick down to the final score,
whoever’s team scores the most will win the game.

Soccer And Field Hockey ƽt

Many people have been curious of how soccer and field hockey are in
common and how are they d ifferent. Soccer and field hockey both share a
grass field area and sometimes they are both played indoor. Field hockey
and soccer usually wear the s ame e quipment like cleats, shin guards, high
thick socks, and mouth guards. The main purpose of both games is to get
the soccer ball or hockey in the goal net, to score and win. They are both
different because field hockey uses a stick to hit the hockey across the field
(large grass area), and in soccer you use your own foot to kick a soccer
ball. In soccer you use a regular size ball and in field hockey you use a
hockey to use against the grass.

The cause and effect in a Soccer Game: фƯ

When you cause something in a soccer game there are always going
to be effects that come after. Like during a soccer game, when your
teammate passes you the ball the e ffect of that is you kick the ball and
you score for your team. Another cause and effect that happens in soccer
is that, if you are a good goalie, then the most likely chances are you can
block more shots. Also when you have possession of the ball but you kick
it out of balance, the e ffect is that the ball has to go to the other team. In
soccer when their is a foul near the goalie because of the other team, you
have a chance of making a corner kick. Last, when you and your
teammates communicate with each other and passes the ball to one
another, the e ffect is that your team might win the soccer game.

Conditioning In Soccer ģt

Many people think that if you don’t condition your not going to be
a good athlete in soccer, but that is not the case. The only p roblem i n
conditioning is that if you don’t condition their is a high chance of you
getting really tired during a game and for you to not get use to how the
game is formatted or played. D ue to the team players that haven’t gone to
conditioning, the s olution to that is if you go to conditioning you have a
higher chance of making it into the team and a better capacity in your
nervous system. Since, many others don’t expect us to condition it might
affect how we play in tournaments and regular game. As a result of that,
conditioning can help you in many ways, like defence and offence during

the games.

❤All ABout The Author

My name is Monica Nguyen, I am 12 years old. My main career in
life is to be a family doctor, because I enjoy helping others in need. I also
enjoy hanging outside with my siblings, playing sports, and throwing
footballs.

Early Life

I was born on October 26, 2004. When I first opened my eyes I was
amazed of what I have saw and seen, that was the time where I first
meet my family. It has been rough, cold, and unusually life since I was
born.

Middle Life

Now it was 2010, when I was 7 years old. My life has been a
struggle, since the past years my family couldn’t afford anything for our

Page 13.

family of six. During the 2012, school year I have been bullied by many
others because of my clothes and shoes. But I remember that my parents
always taught me that, “No, matter what happens always believe in
yourself.” When my parents said that quote it automatically changed my
life.

Present Life

Today, March 1st; I am 12 years old. My family and I moved from a
apartment to a regular size house. Now I go to school at East Pennsboro
Middle School. This school encouraged me to try harder and never give up.
I’ve learned that never let anyone change you and always be yourself. I
just to let other children know that no matter how hard it is to face a
bully always believe in yourself and everything would change.
