Aubree was founded on 14th April, 2011, on the
belief that chocolate is the meal of Gods, and

this was the motivation for the company. Aubree
has been making the elixir known as chocolates

for 11 years. The company is about a genuine
desire to make the best chocolates and desserts
in the world. Aubree’s chocolates and cakes will

overwhelm and overpower your senses. It has,
unsurprisingly, become synonymous with joy.


Our chocolate generates the most delightful
feelings, which intensify with each bite, setting
Aubree distinct from other chocolatiers.



We have an answer for every craving one could
have. We go that extra mile to delight our

customers with our range of products extending
from savouries, macrons, platters, beverages,
cookies and mock-tails that are truly authentic,
and taste the best. Only the finest ingredients
from recognised manufacturers are selected,
and the entire preparation procedure is
methodically carried out with lavish

workmanship. To create the most delicious and
distinctive chocolates and cakes, special care is

paid to detail, texture, consistency, colour,

KISHORE KUMAR

Kishore is an avid traveller and a self-taught
chocolatier with a strong desire to keep learning and
expanding his trade. This has resulted in a one-of-a-
kind patisserie and desserts establishment in
Bangalore, garnering a clientele that includes
celebrities, actors, politicians, and front-page news
personalities. With his considerable expertise, creative
flare, and fervent enthusiasm for the culinary arts,
Kishore enjoys infusing life into every meal. Every food
item served at Aubree benefits from his experience,
which contributes to the high level and quality.

Kishore has a background in Telecom Retail, and his
success motto has always been to never hard pitch a
product to a consumer; instead, offer them an
experience and the sale will follow naturally.

Sri has 20 years of expertise in a variety of fields. His
early experience included working as a consultant for
blue-chip organisations in the fields of innovative AV
presentations, advertising techniques, and marketing.


He is currently invested in Aubree to enhance the brand’s
footprint and business by adding new contact points,
financing, and working with digital and advertising
agencies.

Aubree started off as a small cake business in Bengaluru’s
Sadashivnagar in 2011, with the goal of creating world-class
trademark chocolate and dessert dishes. Since then, we’ve built
stores and pickup points in Koramangala, M. G. Road, BLR Airport,
Mahadevpura, HBR Layout, JP Nagar, Yelahanka, and Electronic
City, all with a lot of love.

We produce bespoke cakes and desserts with true
artistry that accurately depict emotions and help
celebrate the little joys in life with an exquisite
dessert on the side! Aubree received “The
Patisserie of the Year” in 2018 and 2019 at “World
On A Plate” – India’s largest gourmet food festival,
for our original creation - Orabella Iced Parfait,
thanks to our conscientious efforts and customer
support. Another hat in our bag was the Times
Hospitality Icons award in 2021. We hope to keep
winning many more hearts.
