Training on Market-Driven Courses: Cynthi'ans App, leveraging its network of startups and MSMEs, shall endeavor to provide placement opportunities to Guru Nanak College students who are either fresh graduates or possess up to two years of professional experience. It is expressly agreed that no fees, charges, or expenses for placement services shall be levied on the students or the college by Cynthi'ans. These placement opportunities shall be offered to eligible students as a complimentary service, without financial obligations. Cynthi'ans App offers a diverse range of market-driven courses, delivered by industry professionals, to candidates, encompassing topics from communication skills and interview preparation to technical domains like Data Science, AI, Python, Java, and Flutter Development, etc. These courses are open to candidates, who may choose to enroll at their discretion. This support includes comprehensive counseling sessions along with full length trainings & on job -like experience through Online & Hybrid model by Cynthi'ans Professionals to help students make informed career decisions and set clear goals. The availability of these market-driven courses as either free or paid options shall be determined through collaborative discussions between the College authorities and the Cynthi’ans Team. This flexibility allows for a tailored approach to course access, ensuring alignment with the preferences and needs of the students and the institution. Duration: Dispute Resolution: This MOU shall be effective from 26/10/2023 and shall remain in force until both the parties mutually agree to dissolve the agreement or subject to mutual agreement for renewal or modification. In the event of any disputes arising in connection with this MOU, both parties shall engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issues amicably. Governing Law: This MOU shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
