The people of Austin had a serious problem.
Everywhere they went, the bats went, too.

The people went to see the mayor to ask
what he could do about their dilemma.

However, the mayor himself wasn’t
sure what to do.

One morning while the mayor was jogging, a
strange gangly man appeared and said, “I can help.”
The mayor stared at the stranger, who was certainly
stranger than any man he had ever seen.
“How can you possibly help?” demanded the mayor.
