MARCH 2024 She spoke on career routes and various positions and many roles of being a CSI investigator. She demonstrated how to see traces of blood if someone tried to clean it up, by using BlueStar. She spoke of procedures and process of CSI and various tools, chemicals, machinery, and equipment used to get to FACTS and discover the unknown. Teens saw computer lab, processing garage, fingerprinting lab. Teens saw CSI van and tools used on crime scene.

APRIL 2024 The teens from both chapter conducted a virtual Buddy Chapter Meet and Greet on April 21, 2024. It was a great way to get to know each. We talked about our interest, university/college prospects, and future careers.
APRIL 2024 The teens gathered to have a celebration of the graduating seniors and mothers. There was also an award ceremony for teens that have had a significant impact on the chapter through participation in chapter programming and community service. The teens were charged to continue to be an active agent of change in the community on graduation.

APRIL 2024 During and post pandemic participation was in a deep decline in the Memphis Chapter. Teen President Mekhi Blakemore’s consistent number one goal was to increase participation at the monthly teen meetings, age group activities, community service, and chapter-wide activities. From his first meeting TP implemented End of Year Teen President’s Awards as incentive to assist the chapter in achieving the Five-Star Excellence status. Teens On the Move Jack Matthew Nichols is a member of the Shelby County Youth Council. A selected group of teens that partner with government officials and nonprofit agency representatives to address issues in Shelby County Tennessee. Matthew has engaged in program planning and implementation such as the town hall and youth summit. The 2024-25 program year marks his 2nd year as the SCYC District 12 representative. Matthew is also a member of the Christian Brothers High School Track and Football teams. He is a sprinter and wide receiver and safety. Jack Matthew served as the Vogues and Esquires Parliamentarian for the 2023-24 program year and serves as the Corresponding Secretary for 2024-25. Teens On the Move Jack Logan Jones has been playing the clarinet for the past six years. This year he had the honor of being selected to be a part of the All West Tennessee Band. This spring Logan traveled to New York City with the Briarcrest Christian High School Symphonic Band and performed at the historic Carnegie Hall. He performed a solo during one of the songs which helped earn the band a superior rating. Jack Logan is a scholar and a musician who taught himself how the play the guitar last summer. He is looking forward to his senior year and creating new memories with his fellow Jacks and Jills of the Marvelous Memphis Chapter.

In addition, Jack Russell Maples is a member of a traveling Lacrosse team called 8No Excuse.9 He serves as Chapter Teen Editor in the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Memphis Chapter. In Jack and Jill, Russell attends the monthly activities, serves on EB, produces a twice annual chapter teen communication documenting Teens9 accomplishments, academic performance, activities, and community outreach. Russell performs community service within the organization but in his spare time teaches kids how to read at the Mending Vessels Community Outreach Literacy program. Teens On the Move Jack Curtis Givens III is a versatile and productive twoway guard who makes good use of his size and strength. He plays bigger than he is with the ball in his hands, using his body well and often seeing over top of the defense to pass. He's also a productive defender who is willing to be physical on that end of the floor as well. Offensively, he can play both on and off the ball. He's a pick-and-roll threat who is crafty going through the lane and working to become a consistent spot-up shooting threat.
