A LETTER OF SUPPORT Our Legacy from Enslavement to Empowerment: Achieving Our Ancestors' Wildest Dreams Now it is time for you to begin obtaining and building your system of support. You are now required to write a letter to the members of the chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority that submitted your application and has sponsored your attendance to this conference. Your topic is: In six (6) months, “Where do I want to be in my ten (10) year plan?” 1. Begin your letter with: Dear Members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., You must include the following content in the body of your letter: 2. Thank them for this experience; 3. Tell them a little about what you learned; 4. Tell them about your 10 Year Plan; 5. Ask them for their help and share with them the specific way or ways in which you want 6. them to help you with your plan; 7. Provide them a time and date that you want to start “executing your plan.” 8. Ask them for a date and time for them to meet with you and allow you the opportunity to 9. present your plan and discuss the next steps to implement your plan; 10.8. Ask for their support; 11.Conclude your letter by using one of the following: Respectfully, (Your Name) Sincerely, (Your Name) Truly Yours, (Your Name) Thank You, (Your Name) This letter is to be sent to your sponsoring chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. no later than September 1, 2023.
