CRITICAL PREPAREDNESS ACTION Bulusan CHARLIE AREAS (4km DZ to 5km DZ) Alert Level 4 Explosive magma is close to or at crater surface. Hazardous eruption is likely. Danger Zone may be extended up to nine (9) kilometers or more from the active crater depending on the character and magnitude of the activity. Intense unrest characterized by earthquake swarms and tremors, many perceptible. Frequent strong explosions with significant ash contents. Activity may involve lava extrusion and dome growth. TASK GROUP PREPARE RESPOND MONITOR, REPORT, COORDINATE Task Group 1 Institutional Sector - (P/C/M Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, Security, Law and Order, Lifeline, SRR and MDM) Security, Law and Order PNP, Tanods, Public Safety Office, AFP, Coast Guard, Marine) SRR (BFP, PNP, LDRRMO, DILG, AFP, Coast Guard, Marine) Clearing Operations Team (DPWH, Engineering Office, BFP) Institutional Sector: -Conduct of Force Evacuation of Residence within 6km Permanent Danger Zone (PDZ) -Continuous dissemination of bulletin - Continuous execution of Contingency Plan - Preparation and submission of SitRep - Ensure that the status of on-going disaster operations and the evolving situations in the affected areas are properly monitored and reflected in the RDRRMC Situational Report. (OCD) -Provides the NDRRMC Chairperson, RDRMC member-agencies and P/ MLGUs SitRep for information and reference. (OCD-EOC) Clearing Operations Team: -Ensure unobstructed routes for safe and faster response actions and service delivery. -Ensure adequate markers to guide evacuees and operation teams.
