Hi Mark, tell us about Fresh Fields. Hi Richard, what does William Orr & Son supply
to our stores?
We’re a family firm of traditional vegetable farmers and have
been operating since 1989. My wife, my brother, sister and I are all William Orr & Son is a family run potato farming business
involved and we employ people from the local area. All of our in Comber, and we grow and supply potatoes for The

Goats’ Cheese Tarts SIMPLE STEPS
Preheat the oven. Oven temperature 180C/ Gas mark 4
with bacon, beetroot and cranberry
1. Lay a sheet of filo onto a clean work surface, quickly brush with melted

You will need a 1.2 litre pudding bowl and
