• The member should have served for at least 2 years for those applying to BUSE, GZU and NUST.
• The member should not have any pending misconduct cases
• The member should be below 45 years of age for those applying to MSU, LSU and ZOU
• The member should be 55 years and below for those applying to BUSE, GZU and NUST.
• The member should not be on any other programme, whether self-sponsored or scholarship.
• Those who have benefited from the first and second phase of the Teacher Capacity Development are not eligible.

• Special consideration may be given by the Head of Ministry to those who do not meet the above requirements but eligible for the Bindura University Science
Programmes, Great Zimbabwe University and National University of Science and Technology.
• Interested candidates should be prepared to be bonded for a period equivalent to the period of their study.
• Those who would drop out during the period of the programme would be required to payback whatever would have been paid towards his or her studies.
• Applications should be submitted to the Provincial Education Offices by not later than 10 February 2022 for onward submission to Head Office to the
Director Training and Performance Appraisal on or before 20 February 2022.
