ESSENTIAL OILS
FOR
SUPPORTING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM

THROAT SPRAY
In a 4oz glass spray bottle combine:
15 drops Protective Blend
15 drops Lemon
7 drops Peppermint
5 drops Frankincense
4 drops Cinnamon
3 drops Clove
2 drops Oregano
Fill the remainder of the bottle with distilled
water. Shake before each use. Use 2 spritzes to
the back of the throat every couple of hours.
COUGH SOOTHER
In a glass container combine:
1/2 cup of Raw Honey (or Manuka honey)
15 drops Lemon essential oil
15 drops Cinnamon essential oil
Mix well. Take 1-2 tsp as needed.
SEASONAL RELIEF
In a shot glass:
2 drops Lemon essential oil
2 drops Lavender essential oil
2 drops Peppermint essential oil
Fill the remainder of glass with water.
Gargle and swallow. Can be done, as needed,
throughout the day.
HAND SANITIZER
1 tbsp Aloe Vera gel
1 tbsp water (if needed)
5 drops vitamin E oil
10 drops Protective blend (a blend of Wild Orange,
combined with Clove, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and
Rosemary)
Blend together and store in an airtight container.
Squirt about a quarter sized amount in the palm of
your hand and rub hands together.
Other oils to consider might be Lemon, Lime, Wild
Orange and Grapefruit.
SINUS BUSTER
In a mug of hot (not boiling) water, combine:
2 drops Melaleuca
2 drops Oregano
2 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Lemon
2 drops Peppermint
Cup hands over mug and inhale the steam. Do not
get the steam in your eyes.
IMMUNITY BOOSTING DIFFUSER BLEND
In your diffuser, add:
1 drop Rosemary
2 drops Clove
2 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops Cinnamon Bark
4 drops Wild Orange
Run the diffuser next to your bed at night to open
airways and support the immune system.
