Totalgard® is a well-known window films manufacturer in
Malaysia.

The window film products provided by us are propitious for
commercial, automotive and residential applications.

We are identified for our ability to offer quality products
along with an apical standard of customer service.

Window films supplied at Totalgard Manufacturing are man-
ufactured from top-notch quality polyesters which fits the

demand of our customers worldwide.

Servicing

• Service directly by in house sales team of Totalgard Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.
• Immediate stock exchange with reseller if any proven product quality issue.

1. Authorized Sales Agent Contract

1.1 Annually renew
1.2 First year fee RM2,500
1.3 Yearly royalty renewal fees RM2,500
1.4 Royalty renewal fees will be waived if dealer is able to hit sales amount of

RM50,000 on previous year.

2. Terms and conditions

2.1 All prices are fixed as export prices.
2.2 Delivery chargeable depending on location.
2.3 Payments must be paid by bank transfer made payable to our Company.
2.4 Cash payments made to sales personnel are strictly prohibited.
2.5 After payment, pre-order cannot be canceled (except exchange model).
2.6 Once the goods are delivered, we will not be responsible for any damage

or lost after delivery.
2.7 We have the rights to change the terms and conditions without

further notifications.
2.8 Once the order is placed, it means you agree with all the terms and

conditions above.

3. Warranty

3.1 The products sold by Totalgard® are under manufacturer warranty.
3.2 Warranty is up to EIGHT (8) years.

( MULTI STACK SPUTTERING (USA) FILM )

Totalgard Spectrally Selective series has a neutral Stable colour High Durability
appearance, low reflectivity and excellent performance
weathering ability. By the combination of rare metal
such as Titanium and coated with other ceramic UV Protection High Definition
materials it is able to reject heat at specific Clarity
wavelength which contributes to the heat without
interfering with the visible light wavelength High Heat Environmental
hence creating a unique window film with high Rejection Friendly
heat resistance meanwhile maintaining it’s high
visible light transmittance. Long Lasting Reflective
Performance
It’s coupled with unique weatherable PET
hence the film itself have natural resistance
to UV degradation, hence the film itself can
last indefinitely.

INFUSION PRO SERIES

( SPUTTERING (USA) NANO CERAMIC FILMS )

Totalgard Infusion Pro series neutral appearance, low Stable colour High Durability
reflectivity and excellent weather ability of a performance
sputtered metal such as Nickel with high moisture
permeability not achieved by any other sputtered UV Protection High Definition
metals. The film is produced using proprietary Clarity
techniques to create a porous structure of
corrosion resistant metal. The porous structure High Heat Environmental
allows for much higher water permeability thus Rejection Friendly
the film dries 20 times faster than other
corrosion resistant materials such as nickel or Long Lasting Non-Oxidation
Inconel. Performance

In the example on the right, the permeability
of 35% Totalgard Infusion Pro based product is
18.4 g/m2×day which is over 20 times higher
as compared to that of conventional 35%

Totalgard’s Ceramic Plus UV400 are made by coating Stable colour High Durability
of Nano Ceramic IR material with UV400 additives performance
into highest possible clarity of Polyester PET Films
which are made in Japan such as Toray. UV Protection High Definition
With the best nano sized ceramics, the films made Clarity
are high in optical clarity with the lowest haze in

Rejection Friendly
Here we blend the ceramics and UV additives into
the adhesive itself to make sure a perfect
dispersion before coating onto the films. The
films also features higher heat rejection due to
it’s latest nano ceramics materials properties

Totalgard’s Ceramic Plus incorporates innovative technology Stable colour High
that allows both inorganic pigments and ceramic such as the performance Durability
blend of Cesium and Tungsten Oxide to create high heat
rejection window film meanwhile providing low haze and UV Protection High Heat
glare compared to the conventional heat rejection Rejection

Environmental Long Lasting
We use special milling technology to reduce the ceramic Friendly Performance
size to merely 10nm on average particle size, which
contributes to low haze on the final product of window
films. Not only this, to further enhance the clarity of
the films, we use only the finest grade of PET films
from PET Films makers such as “Toray" from Japan.

Infusion Series Window Films are made from Stable colour High Durability
Polyester (PET) films infused with Nano-Ceramic performance
materials that have high heat rejection properties
during the film’s extrusion process. UV Protection Environmental
Friendly
With built-in properties such as high UV blocking
and high heat rejection, this films are able to
produce optical clarity and durability of the
highest standard. Unlike other conventional
methods for coating, infused films are ensured
to have non-fading colours and high heat
rejection for at least the next 8 years.
