1. Miracle on 34th Street. In this Christmas classic, a man named Kris Kringle fills in
for a role of Santa at the local Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade. He becomes very
popular and begins to appear regularly in malls and stores. Eventually customers
believe he is the real Santa

2. The Polar Express. A young boy who stops believing in Santa who is surprised on
Christmas Eve with a train ride to the North Pole and learns that the wonder of life
never fades for those who believe.

3. Elf. Elf is about a young orphan who crawls into Santa's bag on Christmas Eve. He
is taken to the North Pole and raised and an elf. He grows up wondering why he is so
different until Papa elf informs him of his real dad who lives in NYC. He sets on a
quest to find his real father.

4. Home Alone. Home Alone is about a family going on a Christmas vacation but they
leave their son at home by accident. While his family is away the son has to fight off
the neighborhood home invaders.

5. A Christmas Story. Based off the writings of Jean Shepard, the story follows young
Ralphie Parker. At the top of his Christmas list is a Red Ryder Air Rifle. His parents
say no and the rest of the story follows him trying to get through the holidays even
though bad things keep happening.

6. How The Grinch Stole Christmas. In this film, a creature named Grinch has a deep
hatred for Christmas. He lives in a town among the Whos who love Christmas. The
Grinch always gets made fun of by the Whos, so finally, fed up by Christmas spirit and
the Whos, he plots to steal Christmas. On Christmas Eve he goes to each of the Whos’
houses and steals the presents, decorations, trees, and everything related to Christmas.
Happy with what he had done, the Grinch is about to destroy all of the things he stole.
But as the sun came up, he hears the Whos singing their traditional Christmas song.
The Grinch learns the Christmas is not about stuff - it is about love.
