Knowing oneself, according to Socrates, is the beginning of all wisdom. At
the heart of Socratic ethics is the concept of virtue and knowledge. Man's
deepest and most fundamental proclivity is a virtue. Understanding one's

own virtue, which may be learned, is critical. Knowledge may help
individuals take control of themselves and become their own master
because virtue is innate in the mind and self-knowledge is the wellspring of
all wisdom. Being able to truly self-reflect and do something about it in
order to be a better version of yourself every day, in my opinion, is a
privilege that only a few people can achieve and handle. he understanding
the self is an important part of career development because it forces you to

look at yourself objectively and make changes or corrections.
The Understanding the Self contributed to my present course by knowing

myself deeply.
In conclusion, self-awareness does not only benefit you as a person, rather,
it also impacts pretty everything around you. Your peers, family, and even
your life decisions. It is undeniably true, however, that a person can never
observe oneself without some other perceptions since man has no "clear and
intelligible" idea of the self. (David Hume: The self is the bundle theory of
mind) But I do think that we should just take other’s perception as a guide

as to how we would react and use it as the basis of our improvements.
Considering other’s perception does not necessarily mean that we need to

let it affect ourselves completely. Being self-aware entails a thorough
knowledge and comprehension of oneself, as well as awareness of one's own

sentiments and personality. Learning to better understand why you feel
what you feel and why you behave in a certain way is the goal of

practicing self-awareness. Having this understanding offers you the power
and freedom to change aspects of your life, allowing you to live the life you

desire. If you don't know who you are, it's nearly impossible to alter and
embrace yourself. It is also impossible for you to be able to comprehend and

understand others .Clarity on who you are and what you want may be
liberating, allowing you to make changes with confidence.

PHYSICAL SELF

Self Care is note self-indulgence. It is self prevention
" ANDRE LORDE"

It is really difficult for someone to be completely content with
every aspect of their body.

Some physical traits are difficult, if not impossible, to modify.
Some aspects of my physical appearance have bothered me my

entire life. I'm not happy with my height, hair, or jaw. I was
obsessed with my physical flaws since they ruined my dream,

caused low self-esteem, and caused health problems.

Physical self or my outer self and
this is the one that always seen by

most people.
I value my physical self by
pampering it, by taking care of it,
and by making look good.
I don’t have particular dislike in my
physical self because this is who I
am and this physical self is what I
love the most because this self who
faces different kinds of people with
different characteristics, wants, and
social status. This physical self also,
who experience many things like
downfall, and success and it is the
one reason why I am here
encouraging all people to be
confident whether what they look

physically.
This look or this person whose
talking in front of you has also been

bullied because of my
physical self but you know what’s
more important is we should know
are physical self, we also should
know who we really are, and what’s

our purpose.
In my physical appearance
everything has change. In my Body,
hair and skin color. But in my inner
side I've grown a lot and always see

the brighter side.

Social Self

These are my pals
who have supported
me through my ups

and downs. They
were the ones who
accepted me for who I
was, flaws and all.
They were the ones
that helped me up.

Material Self

I love spending my money on foods, bags and parts of pc also in my
motorcycle. Though some people says that money can't buy happiness but
when I have money and I buy those things I became happy human being.

I love spoiling myself because I know I deserve to be spoil but I don't
spend money on nothing. Fyi, my special someone always spoil me in
food to be a reward because sometimes I became stress on school works

and when I eat I became happy.

Digital Self

above, I 'm active on social

media because I always call my
father to have connection to
him. But some times I'm not
active, I will just post my
pictures and some nature

pictures. Through social media
I am spreading some bible verse

or wisdom of God.

Spiritual Self

This is the unseen part of who we are is the spiritual self and
it provides insight and intuition to our physical

self. I love spending time on reading bibles I tend to go in
church sometimes, but not always. I don't know what I must
prefer worshiping God on my own maybe because I know my

self and I know that I worship Him ever single day.

Political Self

Is related to my life, Because I know I can do
better and also I know that for myself I can be the

role model of my life. For me, Youth people can
change the society to the better future. I love

spending my time on giving some effort for those
people needy. I love giving service to my city or to

other sides until I can.

I love participating like this organization since my
family is always extended their blessings to help

other people. I also adapt those kind of acts, thru the
help of God, I'm happy seeing those child and senior

citizens become happy.

Are setting up my computer, doing some
digital ads, taking some pictures such as
natures and lastly driving motorcycles

Achievements

Other people always see achievement thru
awards and medals but for me this is my

achievements in life...

my family can't have a family picture because
we suffer for separated family nor my mother
doesn't have family outside same as my father.
Moreover, this is my achievement in life after

how many years of existence. Seeing my
parents and my other sibling in one frame is

the most memorable gift in my life.

When I step on kinder until I step on k12. I'm
consistent honor student or with a top.

My Goals

My main goals in life is to be the most flexible
person that I want, I wanted to spoil my parents

to be the best version that I can.
Before the business industry goals, I wanted to
have service in my country to help those needy

person not just needy all people.
My goal in politics industry is have equality of

those people here at Philippines. Not just
equality and also freedom in life.

In business industry, I wanted to build my own
business and and my own Caffey store.

But this is just my goals that I wanted to be in
future, We must know also the goals of God for
us, thru his plan I will be successful thru ups and

down.

Future Self


Dear My love,

Your life is currently at a crossroads. It's
thrilling. It's infuriating. It is only

transitory. I hope you've worked out a few
more things by now. However, I hope you

still have some queries. Continue to
question them. Something bad is going to
happen to you. You won't be able to plan
for it, put it in your calendar for when it's

convenient for you, or always have
someone pick up the phone to help you
through it. You'll have to go with the flow,
take it all in, learn from it, and then move
on with your head held high. Maybe keep
a journal about it—insights don't always
come quickly, but there's always something
beneficial to be found in most life events.
Concentrate on that. Some day you will be
a successful in life and a business owner.
You will be able to supply the needs of
people around you, I hope not just in your

city also in other countries.
Some day, you've become flexible to do

everything that you need, I hope my
parents will be able to see my successful
life and spoil them just like they always do
to me and my siblings. Through ups and

down I will make my self proud and
become successful in life through the Love

of God and my hard works I can do it!.
