In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it is easy to get caught up in the never-ending cycle of planning, and always trying to stay one step ahead. This state of being takes away from what is happening in the present moment. Being able to wake up to crisp morning air, feeling snowflakes on your face, basking in the warm glow of a crackling fire, and the comfor t of a cozy blanket on a chilly evening, these are fleeting moments, to not just cherish as a memory, but to cherish them as they occur. As the Editor of Journey Beyond Aspen, I have been for tunate enough to witness breathtaking sights, meet inspiring individuals, and immerse myself in diverse cultures around the world. These experiences have taught me a valuable lesson – the beauty of life lies not in the distant future or past, but in the “now”.
