First day procedures

FIRST DAY PROCEDURES
(Students)

I hope your summer was relaxing filled with adventures and good health. As we begin
this new school year, I wish everyone the greatest success as we welcome back our
current and our upcoming 9th grade students. Please take a moment to review your
students first day procedures.

All students need to report to the quad/cafeteria area. Class lists will be posted
throughout. Students will need to find their name and report to 1ST period when the bell
rings at 7:30 a.m. Please have your student arrive at 7:20am to allow he or she ample
time to find their name. Student will be given their locator cards by their first period
teacher.

1. Counselors will begin making student requested schedule changes on Thursday July
25th. Students will be able to scan the QR Code using their phone and submitting
their counselor. (QR code will be posted in orange paper in the quad area)
Note: if a student does not have a phone, computer access will be available in room
202 during 1st period. (July 22rd – 24th)
