ОБРАЌАЊЕ ОД ПРЕТСЕДАТЕЛОТ

Како студентска оргнизација на која една од главните цели и е
доближување на студентите со компаниите и отворање на можност
за професионален развој и кариерен напредок преку директно
поврзување на овие два стејкхолдери, успешно завршување на оваа
задача во виртуелна средина беше вистински предизвик.

БЕСТ Скопје постојано се стреми кон изнаоѓање на иновативни и
креативни решенија за проблемите кои спаѓаат во нашиот домен на
работа, преку кои целиме да ги исполниме нашата мисија и визија.
Главниот фокус на нашата работа е ставен на развој на студентите,
а Job Fair - Саемот за вработување и кариера како сервис веќе 17
години нѐ поддржува во оваа цел.

Минатата година за првпат Job Fair го организиравме целосно онлајн,
и охрабрени од успехот на настанот и кариерната платформа, како
и позитивниот фидбек од студентите и партнер-компаниите, оваа
година храбро пристапивме на предизвикот за уште едно целосно
виртуелно издание на саемот.

Би сакала да изразам благодарност до сите кои се вклучени во
спроведувањенапроектот,бидејќитокмуподдршкатакојајадобиваме
и трудот кој е вложен во организирање на саемот се причината
зошто Job Fair веќе повеќе од една деценија е препознатлив бренд
кај компаниите и студентите. Посебна благодарност до факултетите
и партнер-компаниите, како и сите поддржувачи на настанот кои
низ годините ни имаат пружено неизмерна поддршка чиј резултат е
очигледен со секое следно издание на Job Fair.

КОИ СМЕ НИЕ?

SKOPJE

БЕСТ - Борд на Европски Студенти по Технологија е
непрофитна и неполитичка организација чиј број на членови
низ годините константно се зголемува. Од 1989 па се до денес
БЕСТ обезбедува можности за комуникација, соработка и
размена на студентите ширум Европа.

Во 33 земји со вкупно 92 Локални БЕСТ Групи, БЕСТ формира
студентска мрежа која е константно растечка, добро
организирана, моќна и иновативна. Секојдневниот напредок
се должи на околу 4800 студенти кои ентузијастички
дејствуваат, а речиси 1 милион студенти се опфатени од
поттикнатите настани и иницијативи.

БЕСТ на студентите им ја дава можноста да го прошират своето
знаење за теми кои го надополнуваат нивното образование
преку организирање академски курсеви, инжинерски
натпревари, симпозиум за образование, тренинзи и културни
размени. Од друга страна, БЕСТ се стреми да го прошири
пазарот на трудот преку саеми за вработување и кариера.

Последно, но не и најмалку важно, БЕСТ има развиено свој
систем на обука, па затоа нашите членови исто така ја имаат
можноста да ги подобрат своите вештини и знаења со учество

Коста: Аптив ми овозможи таква работна средина каква што ми беше
потребна за да можам да креирам нови системи кои што би го подобриле
целокупниот процес на работење, Аптив ми посочи големи предизвици и ми
помогна да го надоградам своето знаење и вештини.

Аптив: Како се чувствувате во однос на вашето влијание во Аптив?

Коста: Во 2018 година започнав со практична работа во Аптив, во одделот
Квалитет каде што работев на креирање на нов тип на датабаза за
зачувување на податоците на истата која што го вклучуваше Visual Basic и
HTML програмирањето. После 3 месеци практична настава, Аптив ми понуди
вработување во одделот Квалитет како Инженер. Пред скоро една година
Аптив ги препозна моите знаења и вештини за програмирање и ме охрабри
да аплицирам на отворена работна позиција за Инженер за систем на
следење и верификација на процес на производство, каде што денес сум
веќе и вработен на оваа позиција. Земајќи го предвид горенаведеното,
сметам дека моето влијание придонесе за подобрување на процесите во

It all started with the Bootcamp, where we learnt
how Allocate Software operates, what the different
roles are in the research and development
sector, and we delved deep into each role, with
a corresponding expert in the field, teaching us
what they do every day and how they do it.

I really liked how everything was, and still is,
explained to us whenever we ask someone to share
their knowledge or how everyone helps each other
out. It has been a year, and in that year, I gained
enough experience to be able to stand on my own
feet and even help others, that is thanks to the
