A. Operational Plan Key Elements of Success Success in the real estate industry requires several key elements. This includes knowledge of the current and forecasted trend of the market, a team that has solid risk management and contingency planning. Additionally, due to pandemic, demand for online processes has increased and therefore utilizing online project software tools should not be left out as these will increase the work efficiency of the team. Measuring Business Performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are crucial in these industries as they provide quantitative metrics to evaluate the success and performance of a certain development. It also equips real estate professionals such as developers in making informed decisions about the project. Here are the 3 essential KPIs needed to evaluate the performance of the project: Sold homes per available inventory This indicator will aid the team to comprehend current market conditions. It will equip the project with a better forecast system. We can determine these by dividing the total number of homes sold by the number of homes listed. Number of days on market This is being used in figuring out the adjustment needed to be made in the project. The longer the project in the market means the longer for the developer to allocate their resources to other projects. Return on Investment (ROI) It is important to know the ROI of a specific project to determine its profitability. It will help the team if the property and its risk is all worth it to be invested with. We can calculate ROI by dividing the difference of selling price and investment price by the investment price. Marketing & Operation Plan 11 Innovative future within your reach
Growth/ Pricing strategy Apex Prime Builders will be adapting cost-plus pricing in our pricing strategy. The Decision-Making Phase will take 1-2 weeks which will discuss the legality, investment and location risk.
