Cognizant of their role in promoting mental Page 5
health and healthy working environment, the
LGOO-apprentices assigned in Bogo City
took the initiative of holding feedbacking
and debriefing sessions among themselves.
The activity, which is done once a week, is a
venue for the apprentices to express their
sentiments, concerns, and other challenges
encountered during their field work. This
aims to solicit support and ideas on how to
address the situation. It also provides
feedback mechanisms to further improve the
performance of every member of the team.
