W H A T P E O P L E H A V E S A I D A B O U T Springfield Care Home... HHHHH My mum has always been looked after with kindness, care and maintained her dignity at Springfield. It is the hardest thing when someone you love needs to go to a care home, but the staff have become like an extended family to me. The well-being team have worked so hard enabling contact between us and keeping Mum active and entertained. The management team are approachable and supportive, as are all the members of the caring staff. - Daughter of Resident
HHHHH My husband entered Springfield Care in September 2016. Since then, he has received excellent 24-hour care. The staff, from cleaners to managers, treat him with love and dignity and although he does not know where he is, he always seems happy with all staff, is always clean and nicely presented and his meals are very good. - Wife of Resident HHHHH My mother lived at Springfield Care home for 6 years, nearly 21 years ago. Since my mother passed away, I have continued to visit the care home and seen it change over the years. The home is homely, welcoming and has a family feel. The owner attended my mother’s funeral and stated “Don’t you ever forget Springfield’s doors are always open to you”. 1967 Springfi eld Healthcare began, with the opening of our fi rst residential care home in Garforth, Leeds. 1999 Springfi eld Home Care founded providing support to people in their own homes. 2010 Garforth care home redeveloped to add a further 33 specialist dementia beds. 2012-2013 The BGF invests £4.4m to allow Springfi eld to grow it’s innovative care home portfolio, with the opening of Seacroft Green. 2015 Springfi eld Healthcare secure further investment to build fi ve more luxury care homes in Yorkshire and Humberside.
