Established in 1978, AJM is a multi-disciplinary practice with a
wealth of expertise in various types of projects and skills in
architectural design, interior design and project
management, with a repertoire of both local and international
projects.

Over the last 6 years, AJM has incorporated Building
Information Modelling (BIM) services for recent projects
undertaken. Our depth of experience in Industrialized Building
System (IBS) is reflected in our design process through to
construction implementation.

AJM’s high standards of quality assurance is accredited to the
Standard ISO 9001:2015 certification by the CI International
Certification Malaysia. Our diverse clientele is a testament to
our practice’s ability in understanding our client’s needs and
aspirations, to provide innovative and cost-effective
excellence in services.

BIN HAJI MOHAMED, an Architect and (UIA): 2014-2017
Town Planner, is the founder of AJM. He
received his education and training at Past Chairman, Architects
the University of Newcastle, Australia Regional Council of Asia
where he obtained the Bachelor of (Arcasia): 1995-1996
Architecture degree with First Class
Honours and the University Gold Medal Past President Pertubuhan Akitek
Award in 1973. Malaysia (PAM): 1993-1995
He graduated in Master in Town and
Country Planning degree from the Past Chairman, ASEAN Architect
University of Sydney in 1976. He was Council: 2009-2011
responsible for several prestigious and
award-winning projects throughout the Advisory Board, Dewan
country as well as being involved in
several major projects in China, Pakistan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL)
and Saudi Arabia.

DIRECTORS KEY

Ar. Muhammad Ali is responsible for the strategy and management, planning,
design and implementation of the various projects within AJM.
He has had more than 35 years’ of experience in the architectural
consultancy industry and construction management since graduated in
Advanced Diploma in Architecture from Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia.
He is a Corporate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Architects, Board of
Architects Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers.
His signature projects include KLIA, Sungai Buloh Hospital, Mid Valley City
Development, Sunway Pyramid, University Malaysia Pahang, UITM Medical
Faculty and Pagoh Education Hub.

Ar. Muhammad Ali bin Jamaluddin

Ar. Rajasingam Singarajah spearheads the operation of the Johor branch of
AJM.
He has had experience in the detail design, documentation and delivery of
various projects including high-rise residential, industrial, mixed use
commercial development, recreational and religious development in the state
of Johor and neighboring Singapore.
He graduated from the University of Singapore in Bachelor of Architecture
degree.
He is a Corporate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Architects, Board of
Architects Malaysia and the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers.
