Our second level Workplace Innovation programme began life as a hospital hygiene
assessment tool and now forms the backbone of a thorough and detailed study of
cleanliness and hygiene in workplace environments.

The Level 2 assessment includes the level 1 cost/efficiency review with the added benefit
of an onsite assessment. The programme involves a three-step process – and if you really
want to reduce costs, this is the one for you:

Step 1. It’s all about you: First we need to understand your objectives. What are
your needs, goals and resources and how do you measure success? Armed with that
information, our Customer Insight Team conducts a thorough on-site review across
all key or agreed areas of expertise for your workplace.

Step 2. Detailed Analysis and Reporting: Following our on-site assessment,
our Customer Insight and Customer Solutions teams analyse and document findings
to reveal key insights, with evidence-based recommendations on areas for action
and/or development.

Step 3. Implementation: We provide the necessary level of follow-up, support and
