PROJECT SITE Tuticorin Port Freight Wings utilised 40 axle lines of SPMT to complete the move of RMQC container crane measuring 106m (L) x 28m (W) x 71m (H) & weighing 1328 MT at Tuticorin Port for Liebherr, Germany. RMQC was shifted from assembly area to jetty for facilitating smooth port operations. PROJECT Launching of a 560m Steel Frame Bridge from both ends Transportation of RMQC container crane SITE Raichur, Mantralayam Road, Andhra Pradesh over Tungabhadra river Skidding of 7 x 280m bridge segments from either side each comprising of 40m length, 13m width & 9.5m height each & weighing in total 1400 MT using computer-controlled hydraulic jack & skid system comprising of rollers, side guides & push pull cylinders with diesel power packs. 10

PROJECT Skidding of Ceiling Girder Block SITE RRVUNL’s 2 x 660 MW Powerplant at Chhabra, Rajasthan Skidding of Ceiling Girder block measuring 31.32m x 34.01m x 7.0m & weighing 1800 MT using a synchronized skidding system comprising of skid rollers & multiple number of hydraulic jacks. By using hydraulic distribution, load was distributed evenly to avoid ground sinkage at heavier section for a smooth & safe skidding operation. 16

PROJECT Installation of Boiler -Turbine - Generator (BTG) Equipment SITE Lanco’s 2 x 507.5 MW Udupi Thermal Power Plant, Udupi, Karnataka Lifting of generator Stator measuring 9.2m x 5.43m x 3.86m & weighing 266MT at a height of 13.7m using Strand Jack & Tower Lift system.

PROJECT Erection of DHDT Reactor SITE CPCL Refinery, Chennai Lifting & Installation of DHDT Reactor measuring 41.1m x 4.5m and weighing 580 MT using our 1200 MT capacity Tower Lift system, strand jacks & tailing was carried out using SPMTs. PROJECT In site transportation & Erection of DHDS Reactor SITE HPCL, Mumbai In site transportation of DHDS reactor of 42m length and weighing 325 MT and erecting at site using Strand Jacks and Tower lift system. Tailing was carried out by using customized tailing frame on hydraulic axles since there was no space even for a tailing crane. 21
