Placed vertically, the Butlin Maxi Prop 0.70m is a telescopic tubular
steel piece of construction equipment. They are primarily used to
temporary support high load capacities. 

The Butlin Maxi Prop 0.70m is height adjustable using a long diameter
screw thread on the outside of the tube. Tightened when in place, the
screw thread allows for micro adjustment.

The safe working load (SWL) that each Acrow Prop can bear depends
on the size (see load chart). Acrow props are a powerful way to hold
up large static vertical loads.

They’re perfect for supporting a large timber crossbeam during
construction or for holding up a masonry wall for repairs. Although the
originally envisioned for upright support, the Acrow Prop range has
expanded.

Shoring ‘push and pull’ props with swivelling footplates are used to
support concrete formwork horizontal shoring.  Manufactured to
Australian Standards, AS/NZS1576 the Butlin Maxi Prop 0.70m meets
