Hi Highsteppers,

Welcome to Marvellous May. Congratulations to our Star Consultants this quarter, Dyane Malcolm and
Novlette Matthews. They have been consistent £1,000 club winners and have achieved Star Consultant
every quarter this year. Well Done! Our Red Jackets Dyane Malcolm, Novlette Matthews, Hadijah Nswa-
Ngugi, and Nicole Barnet are all invited to our Virtual Celebratory Afternoon tea.

So, who wants to go to the next Afternoon tea party? ………..As this is the final quarter of the Seminar
Year let’s get busy and “Finish as a Star”. The challenge runs 1st May - 31st July. The goal is to have 10
stars in this final quarter from our unit. Every person who achieves a Star gets a star prize from me.
When you achieve your Star, you get the chance to also win the “Finish the Star” large make-up bag.
Everyone who is a Star consultant and Red Jacket gets a chance to win.

At our Inner Circle Express Zoom meeting, we had the wonderful Sales Director Marcela Heredia Raiz
from Spain. She asked 18 ladies to have a party, she got 17 no’s and one yes, who is became a customer
and now her team member. She said we need to provoke women. We are often frightened of being too
pushy, but we don’t know whether it’s a yes or a no until we ask. We just need to believe we have an
incredible product and business opportunity to share.
