Our company specialized in producing of aluminium ceiling panels. we can do the surface treatment such as elctrostatic powder
spraying, polyester painting, acrylic painting ,fluorocarbon painting, enamel spraying, wood grain painting, marble grain painting
and so on. Aluminium products are divided into square ceilings, strip ceilings, grid ceilings, baffled ceilings, groove ceilings, and
other special panels of all the sizes and types for over thousand products.

Our company has a large number of high precision equipments, includes numerical bending machines, numerical plate-
cutting machines, full-automatic numerical control punching production lines, full-automatic numerical plate-cutting lines,
numerical carving machines, numerical roller arc machines, numerical slotting machines, large-tonnage hydraulic machines, slitting
machines,high pressure roller machines, altogether are over 200 advanced machines. Besides, we have 5 large automatic spraying

Powder spray coating

Because powder coatings do not use organic sprays in the production and use,
so in terms of environmental protection. economy and spraying process is a certain
advantage.Due to the relative molecular mass of cowder coating film forming
materials than its spray-type paint to large, thus forming the coating performance
and durability is better than ordinary paint, coating with excellent physical and
mechanical es. not easy to be scratched, rugged durability, excellent chemical
resistance, so in the general building materials, doors, windows, steel the article has
also been widely used. But its obvious shortcomings are: fewer colors diversity of
painting equipment investment is large.

PE (polyester) spray coating

Electrostatic spraying paint is to use the repulsion of charge, the basic

paint, fluorocarbon products through long-term resistance to erosion
sun's ultraviolet radiation, industrial emissions, acid rain and chemicals, to
maintain long-term color stability and smooth, coating does not peel off, no
cracks, no chalking. AAMA2605 products meet U.S. quality standards. To
enable products to reach world-class standards, the use of advanced imported
spraying equipment, the choice of the United States PPG company's Kynar-
500PVDF fluorocarbon polymer coating spray.
