Executive Director

Thandeka Ndaba is Flash Group’s overall shareholder and has been since
inception. She has been instrumental in the starting up of all entities within
the Group, and the steady growth experienced over the years, particularly
in financing the operations, and the overall business direction.

While Thandeka may no longer be directly involved with the day to day
operations of the businesses she still remains a significant member and head
of the Group.

Thandeka is also involved with other organisations and ventures such as
