WARM-UP
•Two laps around the court
•Toe touches to the left, right, and middle
for 10 seconds each and tricep stretch.
GAME 1- DODGEBALL
Rules:
Players get into two teams. Both teams will start on
opposite sides of the court. When told to, the players
will run to the center line and grab the balls. The
players will throw the balls to the other side and try to
hit the other players, once hit, you are out. If someone
catches your ball, you are out.
Key skills/ Fitness Components:
Agility, balance, hand-eye coordination, and team
work

GAME 2- FLIP THE HOOP
Rules:
Players will line up on a line behind a hula hoop. They
will have a bean bag in their hand, they will toss the
bean bag and try to get it into the hoop. Once in the
hoop, they will flip the hoop and go back to the start
line and throw the bean bag into the hoop again. This
continues until someone reaches the finish line with their
hula hoop.

GAME 3- HULA HUT
Rules:
Players are separated into 2 teams, the object of the
game is to build a hut out of the hula hoops before the
other team. The opposing teams will have a destroyer
who will throw balls and try to knock down the hut. Both
teams will have a destroyer, a protector, and builders.
The protector protects the hut while the builder builds.
Key skills/ Fitness Components:
Teaches students strategy skills and teamwork

GAME 4- BEAN BAG TOSS
Rules:
Players are split into 2 teams. One person from
each team at a time will go up and try to toss the
bean bag through the hole. His game continues until
one team has tossed and made all their bean bags
and wins.

Space Requirements:
Half court
Time Required: 2 minutes
GAME 5- RELAY RACE
Rules:
Players will be split into 2 teams. They will start at
the start line and spin around 5 times with a bat
and have to carry an egg on a spoon down to the
finish line before the other player. The team to finish
first wins.

GAME 6- TUG-O-WAR
Rules:
Players are split into 2 teams. Both teams will try to
pull th eother team across the line.

GAME 7- RING TOSS
Rules:
Players are split into 2 teams. Players will toss rings
at the cones and try to get them on the cones. There
will be cones at different positions. The object of
the game is to get all the rings on all the cones
before the other team does.

GAME 8- TIC-TAC-TOE
RELAY
Rules:
There will be 2 teams. Each player will have a bean
bag. The object of the game is to place a bean bag in
the hula hoop and as the game continues, each team is
trying to get 3 bean bags in a row before the other
team does. Once all the bean bags have been used
and there is still no tic-tac-toe, then players can move
the previous bean bags to new positions to get a tic-
tac-toe.

GAME 9- AROUND THE
WORLD
Rules:
Players will split into 2 teams. Both temas will be on
opposite sides of the basketball goal. The object of
the game is to shoot from the markers along the
shooting line. Each team should try to make it all the
way around before the other team does.

Space Requirements:
Half court
Time Required: 2 minutes
GAME 10- FREEZE TAG
Rules:
Players are split into 2 teams. There will be a safe
zone on both sides of the court. Both teams will try ot
get to the opposite side to the safe zone without being
tagged by an opposing player. If tagged, they may be
untagged/unfrozed by a player of their same team. A
player cannot be tagged until they cross the line in the
center of the court.

GAME 11- BOWLING
Rules:
Players will split into 2 teams. Pins will be lined up
horizontally on a line. Players are supposed to roll
a ball down to knock down the pins one at a time.
Players are supposed to race to knock down all of
the pins before the other team.

GAME 12- FRISBEE
Rules:
Players will split into teams of 2. they will try to
make as many complete passes in the allotted time.
The pair with th emost complete passes wins.
