Pastor Tolbert L. Blacknall is the Senior Pastor
and Founder of Bethel Christian Center; a
thriving multi-cultural non-denominational
church currently located in Tinton Falls, New
Jersey.

As a motivational speaker and anointed
teacher, with more than 20+ years in ministry,
Pastor Blacknall is known to impart great faith
by the Word of God, causing his listeners to
move toward their purpose and fulfill the will of
God for their lives. Inspired by God, to fulfill
the mandate to go into all of the world to
preach the gospel, Pastor Blacknall has a
relentless enthusiasm to reach the
un-churched, unsaved and uncommitted.

After a strong witness from God, Pastor
Blacknall developed Bethel International
Ministerial Association (BIMA), a multicultural
fellowship comprised of a diverse coalition of
Christian pastors seeking mentorship both
locally and internationally. He is committed to
creating and cultivating an authentic church
experience that glorifies God and exceeds all
expectations.

His unwavering compassion for people along
with his faithfulness to carry out the Kingdom
agenda yields great results in the Body of
Christ. Pastor Blacknall and his lovely wife,
“Lady” Philicia Blacknall, have 3 children.

Anointed by God to serve gracefully along
side her husband, Lady Blacknall, loyally fills
the office of Executive Pastor for Bethel
Christian Center of NJ Inc. With a genuine
heart of compassion and deep desire to see
God’s people achieve total restoration in
every area of life, Lady Blacknall is devoted
to fulfilling God’s vision for Bethel Christian
Center. Together, she and pastor Blacknall
form a dynamic team that promotes unity,
compassion and strength within Bethel
Christian Center.

Lady Blacknall’s strong anointing for prayer
and worship encourages individuals to
experience God’s presence in a manner that
is both powerful and life changing. In 2006,
Lady Blacknall received the distinguished
“Pastor’s Wives Award” by the New Jersey
State Senate for her notable and tangible
involvement in ministry and community and
she was also recognized in Metropolitan
“Who’s Who for her outstanding leadership
abilities within the ministry and community.

With her exceptional ability to relate the
wisdom of God with a bold, yet simplistic
Kingdom-minded approach, Lady Blacknall is
a woman of God that is highly motivated and
passionate about fulfilling the Father’s perfect
will in every area of her life.
