Registration & PaymentGeneral Registration InformationRegistration for all Mid-Pacific GlobalX classes must be completed online throughMid-Pacific’s Global Exchange Academy registration portal. Students should register forthe grade level they will be entering in the 2026-27 school year. For step-by-stepinstructions on how to register, please see GlobalX Registration Instructions.Course Additions and ChangesAfter registration is submitted, any schedule changes (including adding, dropping, orswitching courses) must be submitted through the GlobalX Add, Change, Withdrawal orLate Registration Request Form. Courses should not be changed in the registrationportal, and all requests are subject to approval and course availability. Parents whorequest class changes after submitting their registration will be charged $50.00 for eachchange requested.Canceled CoursesGlobalX reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment. If a course is canceled,parents/guardians will be notified via email. GlobalX will assist in finding an alternativecourse, if available. A full refund will be issued if an alternative course is not available.WaitlistsCourses fill up quickly, and although GlobalX makes every effort to place students in theirdesired courses, waitlists are processed as space becomes available.○ If a course is full at the time of registration, families may request to beplaced on the waitlist. You will not be charged while on the waitlist.○ Should a space become available, an email notification will be sent to theaddress provided on the registration form with next steps and a paymentdeadline.Withdrawal and Refund PolicyWe understand that there may be situations that warrant the need to withdraw fromcourses or programs. The following refund policy schedule applies when studentswithdraw from any course, unless otherwise noted. Refunds are based on the date whenGlobalX receives notice via the GlobalX Add, Change, Withdrawal or Late RegistrationRequest Form and will incur a service fee of $50.00.There are no refunds or prorated billing for course time missed. The course fee appliesregardless of how many days a child participates in the program. There will be no refundsfor unused days.1

LunchLunch can be pre-ordered through Mid-Pacific’s Global Exchange Academy registrationportal. Mid-Pacific’s food service provider, Sodexo, will be providing lunches during thesummer program, including Pueo Camps.Purchasing Lunch● Lunch must be purchased in advance through the registration portal.● Lunch can only be purchased for the entire summer program; per-day lunchpurchases are not available.● No refunds will be issued due to absences or unused days.Lunch Program Fees5-Week Program (June 8 - July 10, 2026)● Lunch Program Fee: $154.00Pueo Camp● July 13-17, 2026: $35.00● July 20-24, 2026: $35.00Lunch Guidelines● Sodexo is unable to accommodate special diets. If your child has a special diet,please bring a home lunch.● Students are welcome to bring lunch from home. Please note there will be norefrigerators or microwaves to keep cool or heat up food brought from home.● Students enrolled in our afternoon classes will eat lunch in designated supervisedareas on campus.● Lunch is available for students enrolled in afternoon classes. Students takingmorning-only classes must be picked up after their last class.● Students will not be provided with snacks. We recommend packing at least twosnacks.● All students should bring a labeled water bottle to school each day. Water refillstations will be accessible throughout the day.● Purchased lunch includes one (1) drink selection (1% milk, chocolate milk, or 100%apple juice). Students who will be bringing home lunch should bring their owndrink.● If a student comes to school without lunch, parents/guardians will be notified andasked to drop-off lunch.
