Standard: Demonstrate employability skills required by business and industry. The following
elements should be integrated throughout the content of this course.

1.5 Apply the appropriate skill sets to be productive in a changing, technological, diverse
workplace to be able to work independently and apply team work skills.

1.6 Present a professional image through appearance, behavior and language.

Green Screen and Create a presentation based on the difference and 30

We introduce presentation skills with the following PPT and
discussion of skills that will be developed throughout the year and
cover the attached rubric for good presentations.

Directions: Pick one of the topics below to research and prepare a short presentation:
 How "green screen" (or Chroma key) photography works (which is how we are
recording these videos - all of the recording is done in front of a green screen,
which is then changed to the white and red background that you see)
 How color images are changed to black and white (or gray-scale) images when
copied or sent on a fax
 Choose a topic of your own (Mrs. Rush must approve)
