 Redefine acceptable borrower payment behaviors to reduce past due loans, on-time renewals and fewer

classified assets. Efforts resulted in 30+ past dues shrinking to zero for three consecutive quarters and
reducing non performing loans by nearly 20%.
 Identified various profit improvement opportunities by researching bank fee schedules and re-negotiating
existing contracts/lease agreements.
 Realized zero team turn-over and improved employee morale by soliciting all team members for ideas on
how to realign work processes with a goal of improving efficiency.
