Flexi Charger cable for dedicated and specific socket to Legrand's Green'up ™
Access electric vehicle, for an average charge of 8h30. Also allows to carry out an
occasional recharge on a standard 220V domestic outlet, in 11h on average - length
6,5m.
2. Standard public load terminal.
3. Wall-box for wall-mounting.
4. Green'up ™ Access and Flexi Charger.
Installation: The Green'up ™ Access outlet and the Wall Box require installation by
a qualified professional to ensure compliance and safety of the refill.

Kangoo ZE-H2 warranty & Maintenance Support
The base vehicle is covered by a 2 year Renault warranty and service support.
This includes:
• Renault Dealership diagnostics of the fault and servicing of issues relating to the base vehicle
• Renault Assist – 24 hour number for Renault response. If the vehicle is disabled this includes recovery to a Renault Dealership for
servicing
• Renault Vehicle Promise – If a vehicle is off the road for more than 24hrs, Renault will provide Like-for-Like van or pay a daily fee to
cover the use of an alternate vehicle from your own fleet
• Local Renault Dealers are trained to service the base vehicle.
Symbio Warranty
The hydrogen and fuel cell system comes with a 2 year warranty as standard, up to a maximum of 5000 hours of fuel cell use, from Symbio,
managed by Arcola Energy. Please note that normal use for 40,000 km per year is under 1000 hours of fuel cell operation.
This covers remote support from Symbio for diagnostics and replacement of the fuel cell and hydrogen system components where
necessary.

*NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) is a standard European measurement of emissions and consumption based on a rolling road test. It is the same standard for petrol and diesel engines as it is for electric cars. It is an
objective way to measure the performance gaps between competition models. The car is on a rolling road, undertaking the same urban cycle (ECE-15 cycle) three times, then the extra-urban cycle once. The average of
these 4 cycles decides the NEDC range.
** Consumptions and CO2 emission are certified accordingly to the current regulation.
Electric Hydrogen mobility in three questions
The Hydrogen battery, how does it work? Hydrogène Oxygène
• In a Hydrogen battery, electricity is produced by chemical reaction between the hydrogen H2 O2
from the reservoir and the oxygen present in the atmosphere: H2 + O2 H2O.
Eau
• This reaction simply generates electricity, heat and water. Water escapes from the car in
the form of steam or droplets. Zero emission! Les pompiers aussi roulent à l’Hydrogène !
Hydrogen, is it dangerous?
• The implementation of hydrogen is governed by standards and regulations that guarantee
the user a safe use, as for all energies embedded in a vehicle.
• Kangoo ZE H2 is certified by a European approval granted under Regulation (EC) No
79/2009 of 14 January 2009 on vehicles operating on hydrogen.
• Among our very first users, several SDIS (Departmental Fire and Rescue Service) use
Kangoo ZE H2 to go into intervention.
Where to recharge in Hydrogen and how much does it cost?
• The French network of charging stations is constantly expanding. Consult the stations' map
in real time on www.symbiofcell.com
• Recharged on both energies, your Kangoo ZE H2 travels more than 300 km for less than 20
euros *!
* Generally recognised cost of use, which may vary according to local tariff specifications for hydrogen
