A conclusion that can be made from this subject is that team
work skills is very important in one’s daily life. Everyone uses
this skill everyday even for the smallest things. Like I’ve said
before, this skill is being taken for granted by so many people
nowadays. I understand that working in a group with your
friends is much more fun and easier because you get along
well, however, in my opinion, we should also be able to work
as a team with people we are not close to. By doing so, it
shows that we have great team work skills because we can
get along with anyone. Aside from that, I believe that
enhancing your team work skills will make a huge impact in
your life as it can make you a better person. This is because
when you work in a team with other people, naturally you
will start working harder to make sure you finish your part
which will then ensure the group work is completed. Moving
on, we will become much more considerate as we will also be
helping our other team mates so that the group as a whole
will achieve the objective.

ACTIVITY 1

MERDEKA MUSIC ART THERAPY

The activity that was carried out is called DIY
instruments. This project it mostly base on sound’s .we
has did a bottle arts with term of Malaysia flags ,there’s
allots of people was viewing that we does we made our
DIY instruments too. Yes, I do think that this activity is
important to build teamwork skills. To strengthen my
point, there’s allot of history’s we had been carry out
and some people was knowing a new topic’s about our
project’s. Many of them was really excited to learn more
about histories by having some activities What did you
learn from this activity with regards to teamwork from
this activity, it is safe for me to say something that I’ve
learned from this activity is that communication is very
important. As I’ve mentioned above, the person who is
drawing is not allowed to talk during the round. This
makes the game harder and much more intense as their
drawing skills are being tested on the spot. Not being
able to talk is one thing to be frustrated about, but
imagine your team mate not being able to guess the
pictures you were drawing. That’s frustration on a
whole other level This proves my point as to why
communication is important especially when we’re
participating in an activity that involves teamwork. We
need to be able to communicate with one another when
working together to give the best outcome for whatever
we’re doing, whether it being a group assignment, a job,
organizing a party and many more.

ACTIVITY 2

CUP STACKING

As for the 2nd activities i has carry out is Cup
stacking game. This activity is more with fun
and team works. I played with my family's as
we separated into groups then everyone
should throw balls to the cups that has been
arranged as pyramid .the person who throw
the balls till the cups fell down. I had
prepared some gifts for the winners too. As
the organizers, we expected each activity to
go smoothly. Aside from that, the second
activity took much longer than expected
which gave us a limited time for the activity
nevertheless I was still very happy that we
managed to finish everything on time and
my family members are participate in the
activities. What we can learn from this is to
be much more prepared in the future and
make sure to consult friends and lecturers
about the events or activities we plan to
organize. This is to ensure that we have
reached everyone’s expectations and that
they enjoy the activities we have prepared.

ACTIVITY 3

COVID SHARING SESSION

As the 3rd activity.. the time of mentoring
we had a Covid Sharing Session activity.
Our mentor were letting us know to be safe
and not to be in crowded area’s. Mentor
was provided us the masks and hand
sanitizer too and giving us a project to do a
poster about covid -19. The winners had
getting some gifts too. We took this part of
activities with some team works as doing
colourings , drawing and giving ideas by
everyone to do a poster. I have learned
that it is important to have teamwork
skills, especially when it comes to an
activity that needs a lot of people in a crew.
When working in a team, it is important to
know each other's capability where this
could be every member's advantages in a
team. When something bad happens in a
team, this would waste time and energy,
but with mistakes, we should always learn
from it and know where to work better and
harder from it.
