Driftwood LNG is a liquefied natural gas (LNG)
project proposed for southwest Louisiana. It includes
a 26 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) production
and export facility located on approximately 1,000
acres south of Lake Charles near Carlyss, on the
west bank of the Calcasieu River. It also includes a
proposed 96-mile long pipeline that will deliver
natural gas to the export facility by connecting with
existing interstate pipeline systems near Ville Platte.
