Friday 21st
December On Wednesday I had the privilege of taking 8 children with me to Coventry Cathedral to celebrate with 75
other C of E schools from our Diocese. The service was led by members of the whole community and
(no cost / Bishop Christopher spoke very eloquently about the Cross of Nails story. The children took part in a
donation procession of all the banners and flags from all the schools being paraded around the magnificent

for the good of ourselves and others.

events in relays, long jump, chest push and javelin which gave
them 1st place in this afternoons heat. They should be ever so

proud of themselves! Well done.

Year 6 Girls Football Team

Congratulations to our Year 6 girls who won in their first football
match of the year. They now proceed to the next round of the Under
11 Girls Football Competition for Eastern Warwickshire. In a match
played in tricky conditions, the girls did ever so well to win the match
7-0 away at Eastlands. 2 goals for Jasmine, 2 for Madi,1 for Holly and
2 own goals sealed the victory. The girls played really well and we
hope that the great attitude and spirit shown can continue
through the rest of the competition. Well done BJS girls. BJS
