From the desk of Lisa Regan, Executive Director

Dear PAC friends,

“With great privilege comes great responsibility,” as my parents used to say.
I consider it a privilege and a joy to lead the Pregnancy Aid team into 2019
and beyond as the new Executive Director. While the responsibility of our
mission to protect life can feel overwhelming, it’s important to remember the
One who is really in charge. Who better than the Apostle Paul to remind us
that Almighty God is faithful and flawless, and fear is the weapon of the
enemy:
Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with
thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that
surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ
Jesus.Phillipians, 4:6-7

Lisa Regan We live in a turbulent world in which the need to be right often trumps what
Executive Director, is truly right. An innocent life becomes invisible to a society blinded by
Pregnancy Aid Clinic distraction and void of hope. The joy of our work at Pregnancy Aid Clinic

comes through removing obstacles and helping families see their potential to

love more than they ever thought possible. As in Paul’s great conversion, we can testify to the power of love

in conquering all that seems impossible.

Together, we can bring hope to pregnant mothers who feel powerless. We can bring skills and confidence to
new parents, unsure of their abilities. We can show love to people who feel invisible and incapable of giving
love themselves. With your help, we change hearts by opening the eyes and minds of those who may not
understand the value of their own life or the life they bear.

You have made incredible things happen at Pregnancy Aid Clinic. More hearts were changed than ever before
in 2018. We were able to provide 30% more services than the year prior and have carved plans to grow and
serve communities in more of the metropolitan area in 2019.
The old adage suggests one should “lead, follow or get out of the way” in an organization such as PAC. My
counter plan is to engage in all three:

• Lead with a servant’s heart, offering vision, support and focus for the mission.

• Follow Christ with a listening ear, looking ahead to where the Holy Spirit is leading us.

• Get out of the way of the Lord’s work, entrusting the good work of our loyal, earnest team of
employees and volunteers, fostering an environment where life can flourish and love can grow.

I remain in awe of what our donors and the PAC team have
accomplished as the voice of the voiceless and look forward to a
hopeful future. Thank you for accepting me in this work of great
privilege and great responsibility on behalf of love and life.

For Life,

Lisa Regan
Executive Director, PAC
