GAS CALIBRATIONThe gas facility of Asianloop is designed to handle meters of up to 30 inches in diameter, with a flow rate capacity of 30,000 m³/h and pressure capacity of up to 60 bar. Leveraging a closed loop system, the facility ensures consistent accuracy and reliability, free from seasonal influences. Our advanced configuration enables stable flow generation across a wide operating range, while a multistep cooling system supports continuous temperature stability for precise calibration.MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRAsianloop provides in house maintenance and repair services for flow meters. Within our dedicated workshop, OEM trained technicians carry out inspection, cleaning, overhaul, repair, and upgrades of flow meters. This one stop service helps our clients save significant time and cost whenever an upgrade, repair, or maintenance of custody transfer meters is required.Asianloop is certified by major flow meter manufacturers, and all revisions and repairs are executed using genuine spare parts by qualified and certified technicians. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) POLICYAsianloop is committed to protecting its employees, contractors, and stakeholders from occupational diseases, injuries, hazards, and fatalities through the effective use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE POLICYIt is the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy of Asianloop Sdn. Bhd. that requires every employee to perform his/her duties in a healthy and sound state of mind, without the presence of alcohol, illegal or inappropriate drugs or similar, and to take adequate measures to prevent alcohol consumption and drug abuse within the company’s premises.Asianloop has established the following guidelines in achieving the policy objectives,• All employees shall be free from the influence of alcohol or any controlled substances during the discharge of their duties.• All employees shall not use, possess, distribute, or sell alcoholic beverages, illicit drug or unprescribed controlled drugs, drug paraphernalia, or misuse legitimate prescription drugs while performing work in the company’s premises.• The employee if found intoxicated or under the influence of illicit drug or have committed any other drug and/or alcohol abuse, then the employee shall be subjected to disciplinary action and appropriate consequence management, including possible dismissal from employment.• No individual shall be accepted for employment in any Asianloop services or premises if he/she refuses to alcohol/drug tests or tested positive from such tests.• Asianloop reserves the right to conduct searches on employees suspected of abusing drugs or alcohol, in the presence of authorized personnel. The right to conduct searches covers the suspected employee’s possessions, vehicles and agents located in the premises owned or controlled by Asianloop. Any person found to have contravened the Policy or refuses to cooperate shall have his/her employment terminated.• Asianloop reserves the right to conduct post incident drug and alcohol tests on employees working in safety sensitive areas and positions after any safety incident. STOP WORK POLICYIt is the Policy on Stop Work of Asianloop Sdn. Bhd. that empowers every employee with the duty and right to invoke a stop work order when an employee, takeholder, company assets, or the local environment are or may become exposed to risk. The management fully supports the decision of its employees in the diligent execution of this policy.Asianloop has established the following guidelines in achieving the policy objectives,• Stop Work order shall be invoked if any situation arises due to unsafe action, behaviour, omission, or non action by any party involved in the operation, and if such situation were permitted to continue, it may potentially lead to an incident.• Any person, regardless of position, seniority, or discipline, has the right and duty to invoke the Stop Work policy if in his/her opinion or judgment, such activity is deemed to be a potential incident.• No employee shall be faulted or disciplined for invoking the Stop Work order when, upon investigation, it is found to be unnecessary, provided that the Stop Work order was applied in good faith.• Timing is critical.
