ABSTRACT
The current Covid 19 issue has become a world pandemic which affects a lot of people’s daily
routines. We are instructed to adhere to the new norms to prevent the spread of this disease.
Therefore, this competition has given us a big window of opportunity to showcase our latest
invention that could help break the Covid 19 chain. The objectives of our latest invention,
Majestic Bin is to facilitating the process of disposing of garbage into the dustbin. Besides, it
also helps break the Covid 19 chain by having a contactless waste disposal process Users do
not need to touch the lid of the Majestic Bin when throwing the rubbish. But in fact, users only
need to scan their hand in front of the sensor so that the lid will automatically open. Other than
that, Majestic Bin can ease our burden when we want to move it to another position. The
wheels that were inserted can smoothen the process in addition, we’ve designed and
decorated the product to make it unique so that it will attract people’s eyes attention. The
product will make the surroundings more alive than a dull looking dustbin. The public, students,
office workers and everyone who wants to dispose rubbish are found to face discomfort and
difficulty while disposing rubbish due to dirty dustbin’s lid and overload of rubbish on the
dustbin. Inventive problem solving processes, mechatronic applications such as electrical
system, electronic system, mechanical system and control and programming system have

ABSTRACT
Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are required to wear mask every time we
go out. Being students in S.M.K Tebobon, we must wear masks in the classroom from morning
till afternoon, which is 7 hours a day, 5 days a week for our own safety. However, wearing
masks for prolong time caused us feeling uncomfortable and causing the lips feeling dried.
Therefore, we decided to make our very own lip balm to curb mask wearing concerns.
Recently, we were also required to innovate a product from recyclable wastes for our school
science project. Hence, the innovation of Leal Lip Balm. Leal Lip Balm soothes the dryness of
our lips, therefore making mask wearing a little bit more comforting. Leal Lip Balm is produced
using easily available ingredients such as honey, beeswax, olive oil and recycled waste which
are shallot skin and lemon peel. The shallot skin is boiled to extract the natural light red colour,
while the lemon peel is added into the olive oil to give fresh fragrance. Therefore, this is one
way of using waste and also the novelty of Leal Lip Balm. All ingredients are mixed, heated
and then stored in a clean cute bottle. We hope that Leal Lip Balm will ease the
uncomfortableness of prolong mask wearing while keeping our lips supple and smooth.
Besides, it smells good too!

ABSTRACT
The problem arises due to consumer’s awareness of the safety jackets that are in the market
now which are only equipped with light reflectors that are not able to work properly when
conditions are too dark, night and rain. As a result of this problem, our team has made a study
on the production of safety jackets that have safety features when users wear them.

‘Jaket Keselamatan LED Serbaguna’ is innovated from existing water proof jacket equipped
with safety features to avoid the risk of road accidents. The innovation is also a part of 3R
practice as we reused jackets.

The safety features about this jackets are :

a. It contains Light-Emitting Diode Lamp which enables the users be seen clearly even
in dark, heavy rain, day or night, in closed or far distance. The LED lamps were
positioned in three straight lines behind the jacket and at both hands.

b. The control button was placed underneath the right hand. The LED lamp was
covered with 3 layer clear plastic to maintain its quality and durability.

c. The reflective strips stickered on and around the lamps also at front of the jacket
works to continue providing lights whenever the lamps are running out its battery and
need to be recharged.

d. There is hidden circuit under back side of the jacket that connects the LED lamps.
The lamp uses 4.8 volt cell which can lasts until 4 hours non-stop.

e. The innovation is chosen from water proof jacket that able to protect the wearer in
any weather. It is dry-cleaning washable jacket.

The benefits of this jacket are:

a) Assisting motorcyclists while riding on the road.

b) Improving the safety of cyclists, especially students.

c) Being used by all construction workers at the construction site.

d) Reducing the risk to anglers or fishermen who board the boat.

e) Suitable for hill and mountain climbers because of the thick and dark wooded area.

f) Assisting pedestrians who walk at night.

g) For the disabled (OKU) such as visually impaired person who are often exposed to risk.

56

The production objectives of this project are:
1. Create user -friendly innovations that are suitable for all groups.
2. Can reduce waste because it uses a rechargeable battery.
3. Commercially, this product can be developed as a local product at a reasonable cost, not
difficult to provide, unlimited resources, environmentally friendly, user –friendly, easy and safe
to use, thus driving national productivity towards a more economic and profitable.
4. An effective personal safety tools that can be utilized when a person engages in risky
activities that are often exposed to environmental threats.

SPB BEG is an innovation of a paper bag that is produced from sugarcane fibers. This
innovation also takes inspires from existing polybag. The short form name SPB BEG itself
brings the meaning of "Seed Paper Bag Brings Everything Good”. As it is named, this paper
bag was infused with the idea of being eco-friendly by having compartment where seeds will
be kept. SPB BEG can be used either to be planted anywhere or grow by itself from being
littered. Also, this paper bag can be used as a polybag as it is inspired from it. This will
encourage people to make benefit out of it instead of littering it without purposes and
advantages. As wanting more people to plant this paper bag, the main area targeted for selling
this paper bag will be at stalls and even the market itself. At the same time, selling this product
will promote 3R and which is reuse, reduce, recycle. It is hoped that, by accomplishing the
idea of following innovation, the logging rate for paper will be reduced even for a small bit of
number. As this SPB BEG was produced from recyclable yet eco-friendly materials, the cost

ABSTRACT
In this era of technological advances, the majority of people love to order online items that
require delivery or posting. However, there is a problem that is often faced by postal delivery
officers unable to send the package during the absence of atmosphere at home. This situation
makes the recipients reclaim their packages at the post office. Furthermore, with the COVID-
19 Pandemic, various acts have been enforced to restrict contact deliversity to avoid the risk
of infection. Our innovation is one of the methods to overcome this problem. Postox 2.0 is the
Mailbox innovation that can receive the package without any recipient at home. This innovation
has been renovated into a large box capable of loading large packages and made of
waterproof and user-friendly materials. Postox 2.0 also comes with scanner items. This postox
2.0 is placed on the fence of the house to facilitate postal delivery officers to place the package
in the box. The means of use is also very easy. Users need to set tracking Number in the
application provided before leaving home. Subsequently, postmen will scan the tracking
number set on the scanner item to decyperate the top of the Postox 2.0 and put the package
into it. Users will get notification when their packages or parcels have been sent safely. Users
can press the unlock button in the application provided to open the bottom of the Postox 2.0

ABSTRACT
At the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is time that we are thinking of 1 innovation project
that allows us to solve the problems we face at school. The "No-Bacs Box" innovation has
been thought to help teachers receive student training books in a safe state and have been
incurred from any germs and viruses. Among the routines that need to be addressed are the
delivery and return of student training books. As we know, the Covid-19 virus spreads from
the drop of water removed from the nose or mouth. This droplets across objects and surfaces
around them such as books and tables in school. This causes the school citizens to be at risk
for Covid-19 infections if they touch the exposed area with the drops, then touching the eyes,
nose and mouth. The "No-Bacs Box" innovation is an innovative rack aimed at disinfecting
germs, bacteria or viruses found on student training books before being sent or returned to
students and teachers. This at the same time can solve the daily problems faced by school by
using stem knowledge. Additionally, it can also be used to eradicate other objects such as
stationery or water bottles as internal designs can be modified according to user requirements.
No-Bacs Box made of stainless steel has shelves in it that can place student training books.
In addition, there are also UV lights capable of killing germs. No-Bacs Box is also equipped
with a timer to ensure the use of UV light in a safe time. It is user-friendly where as Pupils or
teachers only need to enter a book into No-Bacs Box and set the desired or suggested time.
If the timer has read, it indicates that the books in No-Bacs Box are ready to be discharged
and ready to be sent or returned to the teacher or student. In conclusion, NO-BACS Box
innovation can help school citizens continue to conduct school routines such as delivery and
return books without the worries of Covid-19 virus infections.

ABSTRACT
Let's Spell It Right (LeSPIR) Digital Spelling Application is an innovation on enhancing year 4
pupils sight words recognition as a way of improving pupils' skill in spelling. Most pupils tend
to misspell words during spelling activity such as omitting or adding letters in a word.
Misspelling of words occurs because pupils did not recognize the words' spelling structure or
also known as orthography. This innovation aimed to identify the effectiveness of LeSPIR and
pupils' interest in using LeSPIR. Participants are required to use the application by spelling
different words by arranging letters correctly throughout the action. The words used in the
application are selected from the common words in the textbook and are listed according to
different categories. Pupils also used the dictionary, audio and quiz which is built in with the
application to help them complete the spelling. After four times using LeSPIR, participants
were able to spell words correctly by recognizing its spelling structure and they enjoyed using
the game. Overall, the impact of using LeSPIR enabled pupils to reduce errors in spelling. For
further improvement, it is suggested that pictures and audio can be enhanced in the spelling
game when introducing words to pupils so that the spelling structure of those words can be
recognized accurately.
