• Program Coordinator for End of Life Nursing Education Consortium (ELNEC)
o Implemented ELNEC Conferences across 4 acute-care hospitals and one
rehabilitation hospital to support MLHS Strategic Plan. Held 14 courses
with RN/SW continuing education credits, and 4 PCT/UC courses with over
900 staff now trained in End of Life patient care.
o Secured grant money for this project
o Winner of 2014 International ELNEC Award

o Capturing and sharing outcomes to show impact of education at the
