This e-book highlighted six Malaysian organizations: PTM UM, MOF, GAMUDA, Sarawak Energy (SESCO), Sime Darby and KTMB. Numerous facets of the organizations and their ISD are covered in the study, including business operations, goods and services, organizational structure and departments, the organizational structure of the IT/IS Department, and critical roles within the IT/IS Department. The study identifies six Malaysian organizations, including two public/government organizations, two private businesses, and two GLCs (government-linked firms). Each organization's commercial endeavours, goods, and services are investigated and contrasted to determine how they differ and are similar. Each organization's departments and structure are also researched and examined for differences. The emphasis then changes to each organization's IT/IS Department, examining its structure and the duties carried out by each section. The structures of the IT/IS Departments are compared and analyzed. The study's last section examines the three key positions within each organization's IT/IS Department and their respective job descriptions and prerequisites.
