We at TCS, ensure high quality education which motivates & empowers our students to be lifelong learners & productive members of the society. We firmly believe that the parents are their child’s first and most important teacher. Parents play a vital role in education of their children. We always strive to build a strong parent teacher relationship which is very important for the academic success of our students. When we give a child our full attention and adjust, we can often really feel what they are feeling, we develop a deeper empathy for their feelings, we can share their excitement, we re-enter the world of love. Fantasy, we remember the beauty of their innocence and we can share these magical moments. While our baby has our full attention, he draws from us everything he needs to learn, strengthen, grow and even heal and reach his full potential. Gradually, for a short time, the child becomes the center of our world and thus develops further, it needs it. Therefore, it is our primary responsibility to set a schedule to invest in and secure our child's emotional development and to help them grow up as confident individuals. I would like the parents to know that my door is always open to discuss any concerns, questions, or ideas you may have regarding your child's education. I welcome you all to an outstanding learning community where everyone is dedicated to a high standard of excellence. We are very sure that with the help of all the stakeholders and with their continuous support, we will be able to take our school to the next highest level of excellence. NEWS Oath Taking Ceremony New day, new beginnings! Taking an oath to make every moment count. The City School's grand Oath Taking Ceremony marked a pivotal moment with the choir's stirring anthem, the Headmistress's inspiring speech, and the solemn swearing-in of the new student council. The highlight of the event was the formal swearing-in of the student council members, who took an oath to uphold the values and responsibilities entrusted to them. Each council member, pledged to serve their peers and school with dedication and enthusiasm. The oath-taking was a solemn and moving moment, symbolizing their commitment to their new roles. Recreational Trip “If you want to raise well rounded kids, who grow up to become global citizens, you must explore the world with them!” Lovelle Drachman We ventured to Peek-a-Bear, a place where slides twist, tunnels turn, and imaginations soar! Students raced down colorful slides and had the chance to create their own furry friends at the teddy bear stuffing station. Our champs brought their energy and enthusiasm, ready for an adventure filled with giggles, games, and memories that will last a lifetime! The City School is committed to developing not just excellent citizens but also curious explorers. To enhance students' learning and provide them with real-life experiences, an educational excursion to Peek-a-Bear at Ocean Mall was organized on November 20, 2023. This trip promised to be an unforgettable adventure. Poem Singing Competition Children’s poetry is often full of wonder, vivacity & joy A showcase of student creativity and talent. Participants brought their poems to life, captivating the audience with their unique performances. The hall echoed with applause, celebrating not just literary skills but also the confidence and public speaking prowess of the young poets. It was an inspiring & unforgettable event for all. This event highlighted our community's commitment to fostering peace and sparked important conversations about its role in our lives. Together, we renew our pledge to build a more peaceful world for future generations. To celebrate World Peace Day, we hosted a vibrant poster-making competition with mothers and students. Sports Fiesta Our school's Sports Fiesta was an explosion of energy and excitement, blending athletic prowess with pure fun. The event sizzled with performances showcasing our students' diverse talents. From electrifying dance moves to soul-stirring musical acts, our school's spirit shone bright. In essence, the Sports Fiesta was a day of unity, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We proudly announce Aaira Noor from TCS Gulshan-e-Hadeed clinching the top spot with her exceptional performance, emerging as a shining star amidst tough competition. Book Week Character Parade During Book Week, our young stars and their fabulous mothers transformed into a parade of storybook characters, bursting with creativity. Mini superheroes and fairy-tale royalty filled the air with the joy and magic of books, dancing together in a vibrant celebration of literature. It was a dazzling display of colors and imagination that delighted everyone.
NEWS International Women's day “In our society, the women who break down barriers are those who ignore limits.” - Arnold Schwarzenegger Celebrated and hosted by mothers with different fun activities like passing the pillows, lucky draws , physical exercises, meditation and mimicry, cake cutting ceremony was done and mothers gave wonderful speeches of their life journey and their talent of being unique. World Book Day Celebrated reading joyfully, championing children's choices with the "Read Your Way" initiative. It encouraged freedom in book selection, emphasizing that supporting preferences leads to a more enjoyable reading experience for children, fostering a joyful and engaging reading environment. Vibrant colors and intricate designs adorned the stones, showcasing their immense talent and imaginative spirit.
