About us

In 2005, We started our journey from a camp office in Gurgaon. From the
beginning, the company was established on the principle of providing
exceptional service to the expatriate community and liberate them of the
bureaucratic hurdles they face while working in India, building relationship
and implementing great ideas that drive familiarity with the surrounding and
enhance lives of the entire family. For over two decades, of our combined
experience of working with the world’s best companies we have been a group
focussed on bringing solutions to our client’s global workforce.

Meera Samuh has a growing national presence with more than 40+ employees,
7 regional marketing offices and many associate offices spread length
and breadth of the country including remote locations like Nagayalanka,
Rajamundhry, Kakinada, Machilipatnam and Barmer and many more, leave
aside the metro cities.

Legalization Services

Legalization is a process of authenticating the documents issued in one country
and intended for use in another country in order to be recognized as valid in
foreign country. The documents are first verified and authenticated by respective
State Government from where the document is issued and then authenticated
by Ministry of External Affairs. After MEA authentication, it is submitted to the
Embassy / Consulate for final attestation. In case the documents are supposed
to be submitted in the country which is a member of Hague Convention then
separate embassy attestation is not required. The document will be first verified
and authenticated by respective Home Department / HRD and then apostilled
by MEA. The following documents are legalized (as per country requirement):

relocating to India starting from their initial preliminary visit to explore the area,
