GOALS GOAL ACTION PLANNER 4 GOAL 1 INTENTIONAL CLARITY Goal #1 is to get clear on where you are currently, completely honest and clear. If you keep doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting the same result. You won’t have a different result if you’re not clear on your current situation and the stories you’re telling yourself. GOAL 2 INTENTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY Goal #2 is to claim responsibility for your current situation, good and bad. If you’re responsible for the good and the bad, then you have more control over your life. GOAL 3 INTENTIONAL ACTION Goal #3 is to decide to take action. 5 UNDERSTAND THIS SET STRETCH GOALS DECLARE IT THESE ARE YOUR GOALS GO BIG BUT NOT CRAZY You will be setting goals that stretch you out of your comfort zone. If you do not do this, the goal is not big enough and you will not push to achieve it. When you set these goals you are declaring to your future self that you are enough and worthy to achieve it. These are not goals that you feel your friends, family, or society should have you achieve. These are yours. Claim them! The key to setting a stretch goal is that you stretch from your comfort zone but if you stretch too far off into crazy-town then your brain will shut down and not pursue any goal or step goal in that direction. 6 DIRECTION STEP 1 CELEBRATION STEP 2 CLAIM IT STEP 3 CHOOSE IT STEP 4 AFFIRM IT Choose how you will celebrate achieving your goals. For each of the 6 Responsibilities of Becoming there are 3 Sub-Responsibilities. Claim a goal you want to achieve in each one. You will have 18 total goals. Once you’ve written your 18 goals, one for each of the Sub-Responsibilities of Becoming, then choose ONE from each Responsibility and circle it. This is the one goal you will claim to achieve in the next year. You will have 6 total chosen goals. Once you’ve chosen your 6 Responsibility Goals, write an afirmation statement for each one. Choose THREE for each of the 6 Responsibility Goals. Then place them in order of impact importance. These will become your monthly actions. List all possible objections you can have to doing the work to achieve each of the 6 Responsibility Goals. Get them out of your way. They are no longer serving you. Write down 4 action steps you commit to doing for each of the three monthly goals you have for the 6 Responsibilities Goals. These will become your weekly activity goals. List all of the ways you can choose to achieve this annual goal only over the next 3-months. Choose ONE for each of the 6 Responsibility Goals and circle it. 10 How Will You CELEBRATE When You WIN? The goal itself should feel like you’re winning when you reach it but you need so much more than just crossing the finish line and getting the checkered flag. You need to have a celebration party. Plan it NOW to give yourself something to look forward to when you achieve your annual goals. Be very specific on how you will celebrate, what you will do, and when you do it by. CELEBRATE EXAMPLE BECOMING ASSESSMENT - DR. CORI CAMPBELL - FREEDOM BOSS INSTITUTE I will go skydiving with Eric by the end of quarter 4, 2021. We will get the video VIP upgrades. We will share our celebration with all of social media.
