57 主辦機構簡介 香 港 青 年 協 會 ( 簡 稱 青 協 ) 於 1 9 6 0 年 成 立，是 香 港 最 具 規 模 的 青 年 服 務 機 構。隨 著 社 會 瞬 息 萬 變， 青年所面對的機遇和挑戰時有不同，而青協一直不離 不 棄，關 愛 青 年 並 陪 伴 他 們 一 同 成 長。本 著 以 青 年 為本的精神，我們透過專業服務和多元化活動，培育 年 青 一 代 發 揮 潛 能，為 社 會 貢 獻 所 長。至 今 每 年 使 用我們服務的人次接近 6 0 0萬。在社會各界支持下， 我 們 全 港 設 有 9 0 多 個 服 務 單 位，全 面 支 援 青 年 人 的 需 要，並 提 供 學 習、交 流 和 發 揮 創 意 的 平 台。 此 外，青 協 登 記 會 員 人 數 已 達 5 0 萬；而 為 推 動 青 年 發 揮 互 助 精 神、實 踐 公 民 責 任 的 青 年 義 工 網 絡，亦 有 超 過 2 5 萬 登 記 義 工。在「青 協‧有 您 需 要」 的 信 念 下，我 們 致 力 拓 展 1 2 項 核 心 服 務，全 面 回 應 青 年 的 需 要，並 為 他 們 提 供 適 切 服 務，包 括：青 年 空 間、M 2 1 媒 體 服 務、就 業 支 援、邊 青 服 務、輔 導 服 務、家 長 服 務、領 袖 培 訓、義 工 服 務、教 育 服 務、 創意交流、文康體藝及研究出版。 The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) was founded in 1960 and is now the city’s largest youth service organisation. For the past six decades, it has been committed to serving the youth of Hong Kong by providing a variety of services, activities and programmes, which have an annual attendance of nearly six million. We encourage youth to reach their fullest potential, and with community support, we now have over 90 service units. We also have 12 core services, which include the Youth S.P.O.Ts, M21 Multimedia Services, Employment Services, Youth at Risk Services, Counselling Services, Parenting Services, Leadership Training, Volunteer Services, Education Services, Creativity Education and Youth Exchange, Leisure, Cultural and Sports Services, and Research and Publications. Our aim is to motivate young people to grow into responsible and dutiful citizens and we now have over 250,000 registered volunteers and over 500,000 registered members. Education helps to unleash human potentials and enhance people qualities and the competitiveness of the HKSAR. The Education Bureau is responsible for the formulation of policies to ensure that quality education is provided for Hong Kong’s young people. The Bureau also oversees the implementation of programmes that are designed to bring these objectives to fruition. Our goal is to progressively establish a diversified and sustainable education system that provides ample opportunities for our young generation to develop their diverse interests and talents to meet their personal aspirations, as well as to contribute to the well-being of our society, our nation, and the world. 教育局 EDUCATION BUREAU 香 港 科 學 館 於 1 9 9 1 年 4 月 正 式 開 放 予 市 民 參 觀。 科 學 館 一 直 擔 當 推 廣 科 普 教 育 的 重 要 角 色，舉 辦 各式各樣的推廣及教育活動，包括香港科學節這個 大型社區盛事，聯合不同科學組織，推出一系列適合 青 少 年 及 親 子 參 與 的 趣 味 活 動，如 嘉 年 華、實 地 考察、工作坊、講座和比賽等。近年，科學館亦重點推 廣STEM（科學、科技、工程及數學）教育和建立本港科 學文化，同時致力舉辦更多外展及社區活動來拓展觀 眾群。 科 學 館 展 品 超 過 5 0 0 多 件，分 布 在 多 個 展 覽 廳， 讓大眾透過親手操作，提升學習科學的興趣。為保持 科學館在二十一世紀的競爭力，科學館大樓會進行 翻 新 擴 建。相 信 在 不 久 的 將 來，科 學 館 在 新 建 展 覽 場 地 和 設 施 的 配 合 下 更 為 完 善，成 為 世 界 級 的 博物館。 The Hong Kong Science Museum was formally opened to the public in April 1991. The Museum has been taking up a significant role in promoting science popularisation in Hong Kong through a wide variety of extension and education activities, with the Hong Kong SciFest being a highly successful large-scale community event which provides an array of fun-filled activities such as carnivals, field visits, workshops, talks and competitions targeting at young people and families with the collaboration of different science partners. In recent years, the Museum has placed an importance in promoting STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education and cultivating science culture in Hong Kong. With the aim of extending the audience base, the Museum has also strived to organise more outreach and community programmes. The Museum houses over 500 exhibits distributed throughout a number of exhibition halls to arouse public’s interest in the learning of science through hands-on experience. To maintain the Museum’s competitiveness in the 21st century, an expansion project is underway to rejuvenate the Museum complex. With the construction of new exhibition spaces and facilities, the Museum will be able to grow into a full-fledged world-class museum in the near future. 香港科學館 HONG KONG SCIENCE MUSEUM
香 港 青 年 科 學 院 於 2 0 1 8 年 成 立，直 屬 於 香 港 科 學 院，由一群充滿活力且有志為社區服務的年輕科學 家 組 成，成 員 來 自 香 港 各 大 專 院 校。學 院 的 工 作 包 括 1 )推動科學及科技的研究、創新發展及轉化應用； 2 )維護科學倫理、秉承科學精神、以身作則協助推廣科 學普及知識；3 )推動科學教育、培養科學人才、推動新 一代投身科創發展，及4 )促進國際科學與科技的交流 和合作。 Established in 2018 as a chapter of ASHK, YASHK was formed by a group of young and energetic scientists from various tertiary institutions who share the vision of serving the community.
