COMPANY BACKGROUND ••• KTAC was established in 1997 and is known as the Cybernatics Institute of Technology. In 2002, it was approved and recognised by the Ministry of Education as Cybernatics International Technology College (KTAC) and has celebrated the Silver Jubilee in 2022 to celebrate its 25 years of operation. Academic staff provide performance information, including student satisfaction (DAA), teaching & system (operation deportment), and school commitment {HOS) 3. Input the performance information into the performance evaluation system 4. Stoff check the performance evaluation for accuracy 5. If the performance evaluation is complete, submit it to HOS. 6. HOS rev;e Is cod gh,es feedback to staff on the annual evaluation 7. If HOS approves the performance evaluation, submit it to HR for record ACADEMIC STAFF


Guidelines of Performance Management Process Flowchart • If HOS approves the performance evaluation, it should be submitted to HR for record. This will help to ensure that the evaluation is properly documented and that it can be used for future reference. ACADEMIC STAFF
